    Senior Sales Manager – FMCG Distribution (Non-Food, Traditional Trade)

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead large-scale sales and distribution operations across multiple regions in Nigeria.
    • The ideal candidate will have strong experience in non-food FMCG and a proven track record of driving growth through traditional trade (open market) channels, distributor management, and effective route-to-market execution.

    HR and Administration Head

    • Develop and administer HR plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.
    • Plan, organize, and control activities and actions of the HR department.

    • A master's degree (MBA, M.Sc., HRM, Industrial Relations) is an added advantage
    • Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD is strongly preferred
    • At least 10 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
    • Experience working in consulting, corporate advisory, or quality management environments is desirable
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements relevant to the organization’s operating jurisdiction

    Role Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced Technical Design Lead with 10+ years’ experience to lead technical design and delivery of ELV, IoT, Electronic Security, and IT infrastructure projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead all technical design deliverables and support pre-sales activities.
    • Manage end-to-end technical project delivery using internal and external teams.
    • Review and prepare technical documentation (drawings, specifications, diagrams).

    Technical Furniture Designer

    Job Summary

    • The Production Technical Designer will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings, production documentation, cut lists, and material optimization plans that guide the team.
    • The ideal candidate must have strong experience in furniture manufacturing workflows, including panel saw operations, CNC machining, board optimization, and installation detailing.

    This role requires

    • someone who can bridge the gap between design, production, and installation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create detailed technical and production drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
    • Prepare accurate cut lists and material lists using MaxCut or similar optimization software.
    • Optimize board usage to reduce material waste and improve manufacturing efficiency.
    • Work closely with the Production Manager and Project Team to ensure designs are manufacturable and installation-ready.
