Job Summary

• We are looking for a motivated sales representative to drive sales of home appliances, including refrigerators and other white goods, within the assigned territory.
• The role involves managing retail accounts, expanding distribution, and achieving sales targets through strong customer relationships and market development.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Promote and sell refrigerators and other home appliances to retailers and distributors.
• Identify and develop new retail outlets to expand market coverage.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in stores.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of sales experience in consumer electronics or home appliances.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
