    Salesperson

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Ibadan.
    • The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, presenting and promoting estate properties, negotiating deals, and finalizing sales transactions.
    • Daily tasks include client consultations, property showings, generating sales leads, and maintaining client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

    Qualification

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and sales skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
    • Knowledge of real estate market trends and property values
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Relevant experience in real estate or sales is a plus
    • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree is preferred
