    Head, Human Resources and Admin

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage the Human Resources and Admin activities of the Group while supporting and improving the people and culture experience, the material resources, as well as be responsible for all people-based activity within the organization from both an operational and strategic point of view.
    • Align the Human Resources Strategy in line with the overall organizational strategy.
    • Communicate human resource policies and procedures to all staff, and guide/facilitate the implementation of new/revised systems through continuous interaction with line managers and other staff members.
    • Develop annual manpower need across the group.
    • Design and implement the talent acquisition strategy that drives seamless hiring and onboarding exercise.
    • Formulate a robust performance management framework that drives objective appraisal outcome and reward.
    • Advise managers on team performance management via a data driven approach.
    • Liaise with line managers to understand their manpower need and deploy necessary Learning interventions to address it.
    • Work with management in delivering competitive benefits and compensations to staff
    • Provide support as needed to resolve issues related with employee disciplinary issues, employee termination, or other HR-related issues (Disciplinary Committee).
    • Design and implement appropriate employee recognition schemes that drives employee satisfaction, productivity and retention.
    • Supervise the Administrative HR functions that include medical scheme, pre-employment medicals, and overseeing activities of welfare committee (advisory / supervisory role).
    • Drive Learning and Development functions to ensure learning interventions close the competency gaps identified in various departments.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree from a recognised univeristy
    • Master Degree is a plus
    • At least 15 years’ relevant experience in the FMCG, Retail or Telecommunications Industry with 8 years in a Senior Management role.
    • Professional certification in Human Resources such as CIPM, SPHRi, SHRM is required.
    • Experience in managing a large HR department
    • Knowledge of all relevant HR legislation and policies
    • Working knowledge of HR cloud-based software
    • Strong understanding of leading HR practices
    • Track record in influencing positive organizational change
    • Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
    • High level of personal ethics

    General Manager, Sales

    Responsibilities

    • Drive and maximize sales performance to consistently achieve the overall sales target set by the company while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring monthly profitability.
    • Develop initiatives to increase sales.
    • Implement retention strategies to ensure the Group can continue to have mutually beneficial relationships with target customers.
    • Manage the achievement of business objectives, by utilizing a top client’s base.
    • Establish, maintain and follow up on current clients and potential client’s relationships.
    • Undertake customer and market analysis to identify proposition development opportunities within our existing customer base.
    • Enhance Group service proposition to drive increased customer satisfaction and brand advocacy.
    • Continuously improve the proposition for new customers, in particular looking at expanding the range of services these customers presently have access to.
    • Capture meaningful customers data for the purpose of building relationships to personalize future client’s development opportunities.
    • Build and maintain a robust customer portfolio.
    • Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role in the company customer engagement with all clients, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided.
    • Ensure that every customer feedback is put into a report and submit weekly to the executive Director.
    • Total P&L accountability and annual budget sales planning and implementation.
    • Support the sales and marketing operations in the areas of financial management.
    • Develop aggregate sales forecast for planning
    • Evaluate the competitor's strategies to determine their strength and weaknesses relative to Group products and services for competitive advantage.
    • Sales team performance review and provide actionable noticeable steps to close the gaps.
    • Give performance feedback to the sales team, motivate and stimulate them to greater achievements.
    • Work closely with the HR Manager in establishing standards for appraising performance.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field from a recognised University
    • Master degree would be an added advantage
    • A minimum of 15 years plus progressive sales experience in an international FMCG, Retail, Telecom organisation.
    • Candidate with international exposure would be an added advantage

    Head of Marketing

    Responsibilities

    • Develop the marketing strategy for the Group and co-ordinate all marketing campaigns.
    • Build a strong, vibrant online community and ensure Group's visibility via all appropriate communication channels.
    • Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget, policies and tactics by providing the requisite information, market intelligence, data and insight required for the process.
    • Design and develop marketing campaign materials, brand loyalty schemes, activations, promotions, special occasion packages, adverts etc. to create awareness for the company’s brand and products and increase the brand awareness.
    • Actively generate and be involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.); write content for online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
    • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using Google Analytics. 
    • Conduct peer reviews, market analysis, benchmarking and consumer behavior analysis to identify new developments, new product or service feature, unidentified client needs and other offerings that can be added to the company’s product and service suite.
    • Collaborate with Creative Designer to improve user experience and present creative ideas for content marketing and website updates.
    • Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter etc; track and analyze website traffic flow; provide regular internal reports.
    • Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry.
    • Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
    • Plan and oversee execution of all Website, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
    • Launch optimized online adverts/campaigns through Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram via social media platforms to increase brand awareness.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders especially media agencies and vendors.
    • Identify opportunities to deepen market penetration and market the brand via other online medium/partners.
    • Implement strategies to improve market share and expand clientele base. Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
    • Carry out periodic customer satisfaction survey to obtain feedback from customers and identify service and product improvement opportunities. 
    • Work with the Sales team to build and develop customer loyalty and retention schemes i.e., following up on birthdays or special occasions (including occasional shout-outs), implementing feedback received etc. 
    • Continuously review the unit's activities, make recommendations for improvement and implement approved initiatives to ensure enhanced performance of the team.
    • Represent the brand at product launches and networking events.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Development or related field from a recognised University
    • Master degree in Marketing, Marketing Communication, Advertising would be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 12 years’ experience in a related senior role within an international Retail & FMCG, Agencies or similar sector.
    • Knowledge of trends and developments in the FMCG/retail Business.
