    Account Officer

    Description 

    • We are looking for an Account Officer to manage the finances of the church, especially on Sundays.

    Job Description

    • Create and process invoice
    • Track the organization's expenses
    • Manage the organization's accounts payable and receivable
    • Prepare and coordinate deposit activities
    • Prepare detailed financial reports
    • Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers, and other financial records.
    • Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions.
    • Perform all necessary account, bank, and other reconciliations

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc or HND in Accounting or any related discipline
    • 1-3 years of cognitive work experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Proficient in the use of accounting software
    • Proximity to the location is important.

    Branch Manager

    Job Description

    • Our client needs a Branch Manager to oversee their operation in Abuja, Benin, Ibadan, and Lagos.
    • Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales
    • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
    • Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans
    • Meet goals and metrics
    • Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
    • Bring out the best of the branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation
    • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
    • Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs
    • Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
    • Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
    • Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration

    Qualifications

    • BSc in Business Administration or any related discipline.
    • Proven branch management experience, as a Bank Manager or similar role.
    • Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices.
    • Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.
    • Familiarity with the industry’s rules and regulations.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Results-driven and customer focused.
    • Leadership and human resources management skills.
