    Head of Operation

    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a Head of Operations to oversee daily activities across functions such as finance, IT and regulatory compliance also include designing policies, overseeing customer service and implementing technology solutions. He/she will be a leader with an analytical and strategic mind and have a broad knowledge of the business also committed to productivity and compliance. Ultimately, ensure our operations run smoothly and that people are productive.

    Description:

    • Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning in Patricia Technologies.
    • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (IT, Customer Experience and Finance Operations), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
    • Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
    • Effectively coordinating the operations of the technical processes.
    • Ensuring the implementation of effective processes that continuously improve the Service standards of Patricia Technologies.
    • Oversee overall back-end management, planning, systems and controls.
    • Development of individual program budgets
    • Invoicing to funding sources, including calculation of completed units of service.
    • Payroll management, including tabulation of accrued employee benefits.
    • Regular meetings with Executive Director of Patricia Technologies with regards to fiscal planning.
    • Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to all job function as well as coordination and communication between functions.
    • Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
    • Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team
    • Design policies that align with overall strategy
    • Implement efficient processes and standards
    • Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization
    • Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
    • Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts
    • Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
    • Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
    • Report on operational performance and suggest improvements

    Brand Manager

    Job Summary:

    Brand Manager will help Develop brand strategies to help improve brand recognition and build a positive image for the company to create integrated marketing campaigns & assist in product development. The brand manager will play a pivotal role in growing business, customer base, and improving stakeholder experience. He/she will be expected to be innovative, web and multimedia savvy. In summary, will be responsible for adapting a brand strategy for the company's target market. As the 'brand guardian', He/she will drive and ensure the maintenance of the Patricia Technologies brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications and also manage a portfolio of products.

    Description:

    • Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
    • Managing brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
    • Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
    • Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as working with the Business Development team to develop new business opportunities
    • Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
    • Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
    • Competitor and customer insights analysis
    • Keeping up with competitors across markets to keep up to date with trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
    • Measurement and evaluation of marketing communication campaigns, reviewing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
    • Supervising advertising, product/service design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
    • Meeting with clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments (such as Production, Digital, and Business Development Managers etc.)
    • Managing brand budgets across departmental touchpoints
    • Overseeing the organization of events such as product launches, exhibitions, and photo shoots.
    • Collaborating with Business Development team develops marketing partnerships with retailers, media partners, and other external partners to broaden the reach of the business’s brand messaging.
    • Conducts research and analyses, translating campaign performance into communication documents and reports, which are distributed to senior brand marketing management and key stakeholders. Some of these documents are marketing briefs, competitive analyses, campaign recap decks, and so forth.
    • In charge of providing strategic input and direction for the brand, developing non-campaign brands while keeping the company’s vision, mission, and objectives in mind; and advising internal and external stakeholders on issues relevant to the brand.

    Product Manager

    Job Summary:
    The product manager is basically the CEO of the product. They are responsible for the strategy and road map for the product, as well as the team of employees that are involved in every step of making the product.
