Excellium is currently recruiting candidates to join our one-year ERP Graduate Trainee Program. The program would involve immense training sessions as well as practical hands-on experience on ERP implementation projects.Successful candidates who complete their Graduate Trainee program would be considered for a full-time position in the company after our assessment.

• Assist in the implementation and configuration of ERP systems according to client needs.
• Work closely with senior consultants and other team members to meet project deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
• Engaging in training sessions and workshops to improve ERP knowledge and skills.
• Document all implementation processes and changes made.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Assist in providing support to end-users and resolving ERP-related issues.

Requirements

Eligibility Requirements:

• Minimum of B.Sc. (2nd Class Upper) or HND (Upper Credit) in Accounting, Economics, Mathematics/Statistics, Physics, Business Management, Management Information System, or a related field.
• Not more than 28 years old of age
• NYSC completion not later than 2020
• Passionate about finance, technology and digitally savvy
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), result-oriented, and innovative.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and/or accounting software will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication,writing and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

• We are looking for a qualified and experienced implementation consultant expected to engage in working on customer projects across our customer base involving Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation projects.The implementation consultant must be capable of working and managing projects, training, and technical support work for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Sage 200 Evolution and other ERP software according to client-specific requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for users, ensuring a smooth transition to the ERP system.
• Maintain meticulous documentation throughout the implementation process.
• Provide ongoing support and system optimizations to enhance client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Sage 200 Evolution and other ERP Software with other business systems.
• Willingness to travel to client sites for implementation, training, and support activities.
• Experience in other Accounting and ERP Software will be advantageous

Requirements

Essential Skills:

• Experience of various ERP project implementations.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Support and Implementation of ERP.
• Experience in working on multiple medium sized projects at the same time.
• Capable of following an implementation methodology.
• Experience in analyzing business processes and practices, especially in finance, manufacturing, and distribution.
• Collaborate attentively with the customer to successfully achieve shared objectives and goals.
• Ability to keep the project on time and budget.
• Able to work from remotely, in the office or onsite as depending on the requirements of the project.
• Expert Knowledge of SQL databases.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and business operations.
• Experience in other ERP and Accounting Software will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to produce detailed and accurate documentation.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Flexibility to adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with ERP packages such as Sage 300Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, or Sage 200 Evolution would be desirable.
• Experience in Financial Management, IT Management, Supply Chain Management, and Intelligence Reporting/Analytics.
