    Technical Support Lead

    • As we scale, we’re looking for a Technical Support Lead who will lead our technical direction — someone who can turn creative ideas into functional, high-performing systems, platforms, and tools that power our operations and elevate our clients’ experiences.

    About the Role

    • The Technical Support Lead will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of One Box Media’s operations — from managing the company’s digital infrastructure to implementing tools that enhance creativity, efficiency, and communication.

    • Review all creative and technical deliverables before client submission to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.
