Technical Support Lead at OneBox Media

About the Role

• The Technical Support Lead will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of One Box Media’s operations — from managing the company’s digital infrastructure to implementing tools that enhance creativity, efficiency, and communication.
• You’ll work closely with the management team to shape the company’s technological roadmap, guide the development team, and ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s technical operations, including digital tools, workflow systems, and media infrastructure.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of tech-driven solutions that improve performance and project delivery.

• Ensure data security, platform stability, and smooth system integrations.
• Manage technical vendors, software subscriptions, and IT resources.
• Supervise the development and maintenance of the company website, client portals, and digital products.
• Identify and integrate emerging technologies that enhance productivity and client experience.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members and clients.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and leadership skills — able to translate tech language into business outcomes.
• Experience managing technical teams, platforms, and cross-functional projects.
• Familiarity with media, marketing, or creative tech industries is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or certifications in IT Leadership, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in SaaS, digital product development, or cloud management.
• Proficiency in automation tools, workflow management systems, and data analytics.
