The Supply Chain Lead will oversee the efficient management of our supply chain processes.
As we’re scaling up from tens of sites to hundreds in Nigeria, we’re looking for someone who can create an effective supply chain system and process to support this high-volume demand.

We seek a process-driven individual who will play a pivotal role in overseeing both our inbound and outbound logistics process.
This includes creating our importation strategy, overseeing certifications and documentation, last-mile transportation, and inventory management
. You’ll help us create and optimize our supply chain to ensure the timely delivery and management of products in the field.
The ideal candidate is someone with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
Role and responsibilities
Create efficient systems and processes to distribute and manage our batteries at scale.
Manage and coordinate all aspects of our local supply chain, including inventory forecasting, management, and logistics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and coordinate inventory planning.
Monitor and analyse supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Lead the country-level procurement and inbound logistics process, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements.
Who you are
You have an educational background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business or related fields.
Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role.
Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes and proficiency in relevant software and ERP systems.
Good understanding of the Nigerian customs and import/export process.
Strong project management, data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Comfortable in early-stage startup environments. You’re self-directed and take ownership and initiative.

Responsibilities include employee compensation, compliance, engagement, and performance management. You’ll also contribute to organizational design and talent planning.
