    Social Media Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Responding to customers regarding their Social Media messages to improve their experience with the Bank products and services;
    • Resolving customers’ product issues;
    • Adapting the brand voice and communicating with social media followers and customers through channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc .
    • Create and maintain the online presence of the company.
    • Generate digital media to boost Brand loyalty.
    • Responsible for the company’s social media accounts.
    • Maintain web-related media and update existing resources as needed.
    • Create online ads, seasonal content, newsletters, and calendars.
    • Contribute to the strategic development and driving of new business initiatives

    And all other duties as assigned.

    Required Competencies Knowledge/Qualifications: 

    • A bachelor's degree in Media Design, Digital Media, or a similar field.
    • Previous experience in a similar position which may include other freelance projects.

    Social Media Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research.
    • Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform.
    • Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders and build strong advocacy within the ecosystem.
    • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.

    • Formulates and implements public relations strategies.

    Required Competencies Knowledge/Qualifications: 

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Communication or any related field.
    • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in social media, corporate advertising, marketing, and relevant work experience in a complex work environment (preferably marketing/communications/bank).
    • Strong creativity & innovation with good business acumen.
    • Membership of relevant professional body is desirable.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    IT Support Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Provide first point of IT Support contact for all bank staff, covering all PC hardware, software, smart phones and devices, as well as any associated peripherals.
    • Responding to technical support calls from end users of computers and software applications.
    • Setting up and installing new computers, networks, and software
    • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
    • Setting up user accounts and profiles on the network
    • Installing updates, known as patches, to software applications
    • Installing and configuring operating systems, anti-virus software and other applications such as Microsoft Office, etc.

    Head IT Support Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Identify innovative technology solutions, explore how these could be integrated to support the implementation of the bank’ programmes and evaluate effectiveness.
    •  Keep up-to-date with latest technology and provide updates to the organization on how innovations are being used across different sectors, and how these can be applied in in the bank to deliver cost-effective technology solutions.
    •  Provide strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of the information and technology systems.
    • Lead a team of IT staff, network administrators, and systems administration etc.
    • Represent the ICT function at the senior level and contribute to overall organizational strategy setting.
    • Work with members of the executive and senior management teams bank-wide to oversee the management of change associated with implementing the ICT strategy.
    • Develop and oversee the budget for ICT.
    • Develop and execute a strategy for engaging vendors and partners for the achievement of organizational objectives. This includes building and leveraging a network of technology leads.
    •  Facilitate communication between staff, management, vendors, and other technology resources within the organization.
    • Be responsible for the operational management of multiple information and communications systems and projects.
    •  Design, implement, and evaluate the systems that support end users in the productive use of ICT.
    • Develop and implement user-training programs.
    • Overall responsibility of ensuring the smooth running of the core banking system.
    •  Develop and build internal capacity for the management and administration of the CBS and or systems in the bank.
    •  Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
    • Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.
    • Identifying & Designing training programs and workshops for IT staff.
    • Running and sharing regular operation system reports with MD, Business support.
    • Design, develop, implement, and coordinate policies and procedures for all areas of information technology to assure data accuracy, security, legal and regulatory compliance; assure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Implement, maintain, and ensure maximum uptime for core banking system and other relevant IT services within the organization.
    •  Ensure security of information technology assets, data, network access, and backup systems and supervise agreed audits to verify the security of internal and external systems

    Required Competencies Knowledge/Qualifications: 

    • Graduate degree in a relevant subject or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and / or education and training.
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior technology leadership role.
    • Experience with project and financial management information systems.
    • Specific experience of technology strategy setting, change management, project/program management and financial information management systems is necessary.
    • Experience in leading and building distributed teams bank-wide.
    • Experience in leading complex and time sensitive ICT projects.
    •  Experience in developing technology products directly and / or using technology in an innovative way to make change happen.
    • Applied experience in implementing innovative solutions to technical challenges

    Chief Financial Officer

    Responsibilities

    The Chief Financial officer (CFO) is responsible for establishing transparency on the Bank's and its individual business' financial performance and proposes measures for performance improvement. She/he ensures high quality and timely reporting in line with regulatory requirements, corporate governance standards and global best practice. He/she organizes the Bank's planning, budgeting and controlling process and advises the Bank on financial aspects of strategic plans where applicable. The CFO is responsible for the Bank's financial and tax management, funding and liquidity risk management and control. He defines the standards for accounting, reporting and disclosure, and – together with the Management - manages relations with regulators and auditors.

    The CFO also has company-wide responsibility for financial control. He/she is responsible for production and analysis of accurate and objective regulatory, financial and management accounts and reports. The CFO provides consistent and appropriate communication to the Board of Directors (BoD), the Management Committee (MC), i.e. the executive management team, the Audit, Risk and Asset and Liability Committees, internal and external auditors, and the Business Area heads. He/she establishes and enforces bank-wide financial and management accounting policies, and manages relations with external auditors and accounting standard bodies. He/she leads the forecasting process and supports the CEO in the MC planning process. The CFO coordinates and controls tax issues. The CFO coordinates the Bank’s working relationships with internal and external audit.

    Required Competencies Knowledge/Qualifications: 

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or any other related field.
    • Minimum of 15 years financial “experience, with at least 5 years in Senior Financial Management of a Bank.
    • Good knowledge of Corporate, Business Planning, Revenue Assurance, Treasury Management and Accounting with excellent knowledge of Banking.
    • Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant.
    • Must have high level of integrity and confidentiality.
    • Good understanding of modern digital financial services as well as advanced business finance and performance analysis.
    • Good Knowledge of statutory and regulatory issues as well as global best practices.
    • Possess Strong budget and management skills, including proven ability to manage project/process.
    •  High degree of professionalism, maturity and confidentiality. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
