    HORECA Key Account Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Establish the HORECA sales channel and sales team from scratch.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to ensure the successful establishment of the HORECA sales channel.
    • Identify and secure potential HORECA customers, build and maintain strong cooperative relationships to drive sales growth.
    • Collaborate with various departments to ensure comprehensive support and service for HORECA customers.
    • Conduct market research to understand HORECA industry trends and market demands, providing insights for sales strategy adjustments.
    • Build an efficient HORECA sales team, providing training and guidance to motivate team members to achieve sales targets.
    • Plan and execute product marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and market share.
    • Lead negotiations with HORECA customers, ensuring successful contract and pricing agreements.
    • Monitor competitor dynamics and adapt sales strategies and tactics accordingly.
    • Regularly report to senior management on the development of the HORECA sales channel and team performance.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of B.Sc in any relevant field(MSc is an added advantage)
    • Extensive work experience in sales or related fields.
    • Proven experience in successfully establishing HORECA sales channels and teams.
    • Familiarity with the HORECA industry and market trends.
    • Enthusiastic and positive, able to handle sales pressure.
    • Strong ability in innovation and problem-solving.
    • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
