    Human Resource Manager

    Duties:

    • Act as a liaison officer between the company and various Government parastatals (Customs, SON, NAFDAC, Immigration, etc.).
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures per Nigerian labor laws and company guidelines.
    • Visa processing , and Ticketing for all expats.
    • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
    • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
    • Coordinate and conduct employee performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees and managers.
    • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
    • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
    • Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
    • Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations changes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
    • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on various HR-related matters.
    • Perform other HR duties as may be assigned.

    Qualification:

    • Hnd/Bsc

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years.

    Store Officer

    Duties:

    • Prepare Purchase Orders and Goods received Notes.
    • Receive incoming shipments, verify the contents against purchase orders or invoices, and inspect spare parts and consumables for damage or defects.
    • ⁠Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and reconciliation.
    • Properly store incoming items in designated locations within the warehouse, ensuring efficient use of space and easy access for retrieval. 
    • Assist in fulfilling internal requisitions for materials and supplies promptly. 
    • Maintain detailed records of all incoming and outgoing goods, including receipts, invoices, and delivery notes. 
    • Participate in quality control activities by inspecting incoming goods for compliance with specifications and standards.
    • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines while performing warehouse duties. 
    • Participate in periodic inventory audits and stock takes to verify the accuracy of inventory records and identify any discrepancies.⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠
    • Receive samples from suppliers via courier (DHL, FEDEX)
    • Perform any other duties as May be assigned by the Production Manager. Etc…

    Experience:

    Human Resource Assistant.

    Duties:

    • Assist with the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
    • Provide clerical and administrative support to the management.
    • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
    • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) 
    • ⁠⁠Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
    • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
    • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
