Human Resource Assistant. at High Caliber Nigeria Limited

Duties:

• Assist with the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the management.
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) 
• ⁠⁠Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
• Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations changes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.⁠⁠⁠
• Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.⁠
• Perform all other major task assigned by the management. Etc…

Qualification:

• Hnd/Bsc

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years.
