    Area Sales Manager

    Description of Responsibilities / Functions

    • Actively explore business opportunities to increase sales volume.
    • Identify potential markets, sales channels, and competition and propose an effective sales strategy plan
    • for account expansion & development to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets & KPIs.
    • Managing all sales channels, e.g. general trade, modern trade, and food services, and ensuring daily
    • operations function well.
    • Establish a network and build a good rapport with new clients.
    • Conceptualize a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base.
    • Present relevant sales & operations reports and forecasts to the management team.

    KPIs:

    • Generate monthly reports showing performance at sales comparing achieved with targets.
    • Generate periodic reports on new clients' and competitors' activities
    • Achieve monthly/annual sales target
    • Generate weekly and monthly sales and collections reports
    • Enumerate the marketing activities and required sales promotions in your product.

    Competence Requirement for the Job

    • B.Sc. / HND in Marketing, Business Administration
    • Minimum of 4 years of work experience as a Manager in FMCG
    • Age 30 -35.

    Technical Sales Executive

    Description of Responsibilities / Functions

    • Ensures profitable sale of special chemicals
    • Maintaining business relationships with already existing clients of the company.
    • Carry out water analysis for prospective clients and generate reports accordingly.
    • Execute field tasks e.g. descaling of unit of unit/deep cleaning.
    • Obtain referrals
    • Increase the client base by additional twenty clients monthly.
    • Make at least five sales calls daily.
    • Make prompt reports on any abnormality (Equipment failure, tank/pumps leakages etc.) to the appropriate authority as feedback.
    • Ensure timely invoicing.
    • Ensure prompt payment of invoice.
    • Dose appropriate chemicals at the dosing station of boilers, and cooling system as appropriate.

    • Generate monthly reports showing performance at sales comparing achieved with targets.
    • Generate periodic reports on new businesses and competitor's activities
    • Achieve monthly/annual sales target
    • Generate weekly and monthly sales and collections reports.

    Competence Requirement for the Job

    • B.Sc. / HND Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering
    • Minimum of 3 years cognate experience, experience in technical sales of Water Engineering and Management.

    • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
    • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
    • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
    • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

    Key Account Manager

    Description of Responsibilities / Functions

    • Responsible for the development and performance of sales and business development activities of the products.
    • Establish plans and strategies to expand the customers base, and provide timely and accurate competitive pricing of all competing products.
    • Ensure Prompt Invoicing of all sales immediately after sales are contracted.
    • Register all customer feedback and initiate corrective actions where necessary.
