    Head, Credit and Risk Management

    Roles

    • Analyze and appraise individual credit request in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
    • Ensure that credit risk exposures are properly mitigated.
    • Oversee the realization of securities on lost facilities.
    • Define credit approval framework and recommend credit approval limit in line with finance house policies.
    • Preparation and delivery of all credit risk reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly).
    • Provision of company’s database as requested by regulators.
    • Manage subordinates in day to day performance of their job, while ensuring that projects and goals are met.
    • Ensure the development, improvement of credit policies to boost company’s risk management platform.

    Requirements

    • Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Management or Social Sciences from a reputable university.
    • Four years Banking experience of which two must be in Credit risk Management.
    • Candidate must not be more than 35 years old.

    Salary

    • N100,000 - N250,000 monthly.

    Head, Marketing and Brand Communications

    Requirements

    • Candidate should possess at least a bachelor’s degree in management or social sciences from a reputable university
    • Must have at least Five years Banking experience of which three years’ experience must be in Marketing.
    • Candidate must not be more than 35years old.

    Responsibilities

    • He/ She is required to supervise all sales development initiative.
    • Implement and execute regular sales activities to generate business.
    • Oversee offline brand marketing approaches, such as design marketing and hardcopy promotional materials.
    • Prepare and deliver timely reports to the MD/CEO.
    • Develop strategies to ensure maximum customer care service.
    • Have in-depth knowledge of Major sectors in the Nigerian economy and credit appraisal processes to mitigate risk.
    • Promote brand awareness through physical adverts and media outlets.
    • Portray leadership qualities to ensure team collaboration in driving sales as related to the business.

    Salary
    N100,000 - N250,000 monthly.

    Head, Research

    Roles

    • Researching, data collection and analysis of finance related information.
    • Preparation of monthly economic research on major sectors of the Nigerian Economy.
    • Preparing reports, policy papers, briefings and speeches for events and business meetings.
    • Conducting and analyzing interviews and surveys and assisting the communications department on information related to the industry.

    Requirements

    • Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from a reputable university.
    • Evidence of publications in scholarly journals or other news outlet is an added advantage.
    • 1st class Degree in Economics or Banking and Finance is added advantage.
    • Experience: 3 - 10 years
    • Excellent IT skills including word, excel, outlook, power-points and econometric software packages.
    • Candidate must not be more than 35 years old.

    Salary

    Head Legal Officer

    Roles

    • Conduct legal research and monitoring of legal and regulatory change that relates to the company.
    • Participate in the formulation of general management policies as a member of the executive management team.
    • Ensure accuracy of all legal paper works.
    • Ensure proper legal consultation are provided to every department.
    • Access liabilities and risks, and recommend courses of actions to Executive management
    • Conduct legal search on Properties to be pledged as security for loans and advances.

    Requirements

    • Candidate should possess at least an LL.B Hons Degree in Law from a reputable university.
    • 4 years Banking experience of which two years must be from legal services
    • Excellent written and verbal skills.
    • Candidate must not be more than 35 years old.

    Salary

    • N100,000 - N250,000 monthly.

    Head, Internal Control

    Requirements

    • Candidate should possess at least a bachelor’s degree in management or social sciences from a reputable university. A degree in accounting is an added advantage.
    • At least 5 years’ experience in Banking operations of which two years’ must be in internal control
    • ICAN/ACCA certification is an added advantage.
    • Ability to implement decisions with firmness.
    • Demonstrate experience in handling technical accounting and financial reporting issues.
    • Strong knowledge of industry policies and procedures.
    • Candidate must not be more than 35years old.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan, organize and carryout internal control functions, including the preparation of audit manuals and audit plan in accordance with local and international best practices.
    • Identify and access areas of significant business risk.
    • Oversee risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes
    • Ensure all IT Systems and security implementations are monitored regularly and information systems risk events are escalated for resolve.
    • Conduct risk assessments of all departments.
    • Ensure checks and balances concerning office-related documents.
    • Identifying and proposing risk-prone areas of credit, finance houses operations and making recommendations to the MD/CEO and Board of directors.
    • Ensure implementation and update of Information system policies to identify and prevent exposures to accidental or intentional destruction, disclosure or interruption of information that may cause reputational, information or financial loss to the company.
    • Monitoring of compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures and Combating of Terrorist Financing within the organization.

    Salary
    N100,000 - N250,000 monthly.
