Head, Procurement at Fidelity Pension Managers Limited

• Fidelity Pension Managers is looking for a visionary Head of Procurement to lead our end-to-end procurement lifecycle, manage strategic vendor relationships, and ensure full regulatory compliance across our operations.
• As a key leader in our organization, you will coordinate annual budgeting, lead high-stakes negotiations, and oversee the full procurement lifecycle, from requisition to quality assurance.

What You’ll Do:

• Align procurement activities with the Company’s strategic goals and capital project plans.
• Coordinate the annual budgeting process across all departments.
• Manage departmental staff and resources to achieve peak operational efficiency.
• Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers and contractors.
• Ensure all activities adhere to Company policy and Board-approved mandates.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 10 years of Cognate Industry experience.
• A relevant University Degree and/or MBA.
• Membership in a recognized Chartered organization relevant to procurement/supply chain.
• Project Management qualifications (e.g., Prince2) are a significant plus.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and a results-focused leadership style.
