The role serves as a critical link between business operations and the organization’s business intelligence infrastructure, proactively surfacing early signals, tracking high-impact performance metrics, and delivering real-time visibility through intuitive dashboards that enable informed and timely leadership decisions.
Job Details
BI Dashboard Development & Maintenance
- Build and maintain operational dashboards tracking daily run rate, rejection rates, approval TAT, NPL trends, and disbursement performance.
- Ensure at least 3 live dashboards are adopted by Q2 2026 with 100% stakeholder uptake.
Digital Funnel Analytics
- Track and analyze end-to-end customer journey metrics in the portal from lead entry to disbursement.
- Identify drop-off points at each funnel stage and surface data-backed recommendations to reduce drop-off by 25% or more by Q4 2026
Lead Generation & Conversion Tracking
- Monitor qualified lead volumes, top-up loan conversions, and settlement loan conversion rates.
- Produce weekly cohort reports and identify high-conversion segments to guide acquisition targeting.
- Target: 15% or more increase in qualified leads
Prequalification & Credit Analytics Support
- Analyze prequalification approval rates by customer segment, channel, and product type.
- Partner with credit and product teams to surface patterns that improve the pre-approval model and increase qualified customer approval rate by 20% or more by Q4 2026
Competitor & Market Intelligence
- Produce regular competitor trend analyses covering rates, product structures, and digital channel performance.
- Feed insights into strategy discussions and corporate partnership evaluations
Corporate Partnership Data Support
- Support tracking and reporting of corporate partnership pipelines.
- Build dashboards that monitor loan volume contribution per partnership, targeting 5 active partnerships contributing 15% or more of new loan volume by Q4 2026.
Stakeholder Reporting & Internal Satisfaction
- Prepare and distribute recurring analytical reports for internal stakeholders.
- Translate data insights into clear narratives that enable non-technical decision-makers to act with confidence.
- Support an 80% or higher internal stakeholder satisfaction score.
Requirements
Education/ Professional
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Relevant professional certifications or master’s degree is an added advantage.
Experience
- 2-3 years' experience in data analysis and reporting
Technical:
- SQL (Intermediate) Excel / Google Sheets Power BI / Tableau / Metabase Data Cleaning Funnel & Cohort Analysis
- Python (pandas) Google Looker A/B Testing Basics CRM Data Familiarity Lending Domain Knowledge
