Responsibilities:

• Monitor and confirm inventory records, Working with other departments to ensure that the inventory records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Regular Stock taking, Audit reporting, Receiving of goods at warehouse, Distribution of goods to various locations.
• Stock reconciliation, solving problems and issues: missing items or stock count upon delivery.
• Requests for stock items to be sent out to stores 
• Price verifications and corrections of stock quantity and prices
• Report of damaged or missing goods
• Must be able to travel to various states around Nigeria

Working hours: Mon- Fri 9am to 6pm, Alternative Saturdays 9am-3pm, Closed Sundays

Requirement

• Office equipment needs i.e. internet related issues, computer or QuickBooks system malfunctions. 
• Price verifications, update and corrections of stock quantity and prices
• Report of damaged goods
• Stock taking and reconciliation 

Working hours: Mon- Fri 9am to 6pm, Alternative Saturdays 9am-3pm, Closed Sundays

Salary 100k and above
