    Human Resource Manager

    Salary- N200,000 – N300,000

    Responsibilities

    The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):

    • Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
    • Develop strategies to attract top talent and maintain a diverse and inclusive workforce.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related issues.
    • Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner.
    • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for development.
    • Coordinate performance reviews, goal setting, and performance improvement plans as needed.
    • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Facilitate employee development initiatives, including mentoring, coaching, and succession planning.
    • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and employee benefits packages.
    • Ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations.
    • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures consistent with labour laws and organizational values.
    • Communicate policies to employees and ensure compliance across the organization.
    • Implement initiatives to foster employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction.
    • Organize employee events, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms to promote a positive work environment.
    • Track and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates, retention rates, and employee satisfaction scores.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to inform decision-making.
    • Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices and activities.
    • Advise management on legal issues related to employment law, discrimination, harassment, and workplace safety.

    Requirement

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree and HR certification (e.g., CIPM & SHRM) preferred.
    • Minimum of 5-7 years as a Human Resource Manager.
    • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software/tools.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Required Competencies:
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively resolve conflicts and address sensitive issues.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software/tools.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

    Administrative Officer

    Salary- N150,000 – N180,000

    Responsibilities

    The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):

    • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, equipment maintenance, and office supplies procurement.
    • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating requirements, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
    • Ensure that office equipment is in working order and arrange for repairs or replacements as needed.
    • Provide administrative support to staff members, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and handling correspondence.
    • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
    • Ensure that office spaces are well-maintained, organized, and conducive to productivity.
    • Organize and maintain paper and electronic files, records, and documents in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
    • Ensure that information is easily accessible and properly archived for future reference.
    • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and directing messages to the appropriate parties.
    • Perform data entry tasks to input and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems.
    • Generate reports, charts, and graphs to summarize data and support decision-making processes.
    • Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors to facilitate smooth operations.
    • Assist in the coordination of meetings, conferences, and events, including arranging venues, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
    • Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents, ensuring that records are labelled, categorized, and stored appropriately.
    • Provide general office support as needed, including photocopying, faxing, scanning, and distributing mail

    Requirement

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years as an Administrative Officer.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

    Salary- N100,000

    Responsibilities

    • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of product/service quality and customer satisfaction.
    • Oversee the supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
    • Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
    • Identify potential risks to operations and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity and compliance with regulations.
    • Foster effective communication and collaboration between different departments and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and problem-solving.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and implement corrective actions as needed to meet targets.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to operations, safety, and environmental protection.

    Requirement

    • Minimum of 3-5 years as an Operation Manager in the Manufacturing industry.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
