    Team Lead, LTE Sales

    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

    Job Summary

    • Reaching the targets and Goals set for your area/territories. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market. Dealing with some major Customer accounts yourself.
    • Keeping up data with Products and Competitors.
    • Allocating area to Sales Representatives. Collecting Customers Feedback and Market Research and competitors activities.

    Strategic Insight:

    • Identify new business opportunities with new customers.
    • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
    • Support sales forecasting and budgeting in line with the business needs
    • Assist in the creation of market campaigns to support brand development.

    Job Summary

    • This job role is responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth and high account penetration within an assigned Territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products or related services.
    • Contacts and secures new business accounts/customer while achieving the set sales target per time.

    Responsibilities

    Field Service and Device Terminal Engineer

    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

    Job Summary

    • Responsible for configuring outdoor devices at customer location, ensure that there is no course to revisit site deployed within 6 months responsible for installing and configuring of all installation equipment (configuration items) while ensuring documentation of all installation activities.
    • Repair/ maintenance of all LTE routers/ equipment (CPE/MIFI, Outdoor). Liaise with NOC team on downtime issue and suggest possible action for resolution. Visit customer’s location to resolve possible network related issues that may lead to churn.

    Strategic Insight:

    • Assist the Service Deployment manager to achieve the corporate objectives
    • Attend project & departmental meetings
    • Provide inputs to the departmental annual budget
    • Provide technological innovation to deploy services which are cost effective.

    Technical Responsibilities:

    • Ensures that surveys carried out are 90% accurate.
    • Responsible for mounting of Microwave radios and proper RF cable routing from the tower to the shelter or server room.
    • Ensures that there is no course to revisit sites deployed within 6month.
    • Ensures that equipment installed is in line with the manufacturer standard.
    • Responsible for any tower and rooftop installation.
    • Responsible for testing and ensuring that signal strength, signal to noise ratio and any other parameters are in accordance to e.Stream approved standard.

    Competency Requirement
    Education & Work Experience:

    • BSc in Computer Engineering, Electrical Science/ Engineering or related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience in a relevant role
