    Business Development Manager

    What skills do I need?

    • Nigerian resident who is passionate about emerging markets, open to constant change in an ambiguous, fast paced environment.
    • Sales experience, preferably at a technology company within the EMEA region, with a track record of top performance
    • A self-starter, open to work across time zones with teams from all over the world
    • Experience in payments or other financial systems and thorough knowledge of the market is a plus
    • Proven success partnering and working cross-functionally to make things happen
    • Exceptional communication skills and ability to solve tough problems
    • Team player who can effectively lead a project or participate as an effective team member as well as work cross-functionally with other organisations

    Customer Success Manager

    • We are looking for a Customer Success Manager based in South Africa or Nigeria or who will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with our customers.

    What will I be doing?

    • Working with both our internal teams as well as clients.
    • Provide “voice of customer feedback” to internal DLOCAL teams.
    • Develop effective long-term key customer relationships.
    • Collaborate with customers to better understand their goals and ambitions.
    • Prioritize discovery of customer strategic needs, initiatives, and deployment opportunities to develop and align prioritized project plans for assigned accounts with identified milestones and goals.
    • Develop Customer Success methodologies and own team initiatives that improve productivity.

    What skills do I need?

    • Our ideal candidate is a good communicator, an excellent listener, self-motivated, a natural problem solver, and a great multi-tasker who is able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • 5-10 years in Customer Success Management
    • Fluent in written and verbal English.
    • Customer Success experience (B2B preferred).
    • Advanced Excel Skills.
    • Experience in payments - Huge advantage.

    Compliance Account Manager

    What's the opportunity?

    • We are looking for an experienced Compliance Account Manager responsible for managing all compliance aspects of our relationship with customers. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for upcoming merchants and lead them to have a high-impact experience while onboarding to dLocal.

    Preferably candidates Based in Nigeria and Kenya

    What will I be doing?

    • I will partner with dLocal internal teams (Sales, Account Management, Compliance, Legal & Product) to prioritize and maximize all our internal knowledge and resources to get the best user experience for our Merchant while onboarding their business to dLocal; helping us grow our business in a sustainable and compliant way.
    • Develop and manage long-term relationships with our Merchants for AML compliance requirements.
    • Own the end-to-end AML onboarding compliance process supporting our Merchants, ensuring customer satisfaction, and strengthening our relationship with the Merchant. 
    • Become the “guru” on dLocal for AML onboarding and compliance requirements.
    • Will keep track of every aspect of our Merchant’s business model around Compliance and find smart solutions with internal teams to mitigate ML/TF and Regulatory risks.
    • Monitor SLAs of the onboarding process and ramp-up to ensure that they are successfully executed.

    What skills do I need?

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, banking, or law supplemented by Compliance and/or Risk Management training.
    • 3+ years experience in the Corporate Onboarding space.
    • You have a commercial mindset with the ability to build merchant relationships.
    • You have extensive knowledge of payments and or the banking/finance industry.
    • You have excellent English communication skills.
    • You are resilient and have the capacity to challenge and influence while remaining focused on growing a sustainable business.
    • You are a team player that does not shy away from taking ownership.
    • You can structure and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and drive a process to completion.
    • You are proactive in problem-solving.

    Treasury Manager

    What will I be doing?

    • Develop and execute short and long-term financial strategies for the company, including liquidity and FX risk management.
    • Responsible for the cash management of EMEA countries, manage and track incoming and outgoing funds, ensuring adequate liquidity on the countries.
    • Supervising cash flow estimations and forecasts, hedge strategy, analysis of the flow of funds and needs per country.
    • Manage relations with the banks and other financial partners, ensuring access to necessary financial resources and the best financial conditions.
    • Lead the monitoring of financial markets in EMEA countries, assessing their impact on the company, and proposing adjustments to treasury strategies as needed.
    • Reporting of main KPI per country.
    • Supervising SOX controls.
    • Work together with other teams of the company in a fast-paced environment

    What skills do I need?

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar field.
    • MBA. CPA, Financial Analyst (CFA), or other financial or management certifications.
    • 10+ years of experience with treasury management in multinational companies. Experience in payments environment is a plus.
    • Fluent English.
