Role Description

• Spurt! is seeking a full-time Accounting & Executive Support Associate to join their team in Abuja. The role involves managing day-to-day financial operations, providing executive administrative assistance, and offering technical support for organizational processes. Key responsibilities include bookkeeping, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, maintaining records, and assisting executives with various tasks and scheduling. The candidate will also provide support for safeguarding organizational practices and fostering effective communication within the team. This is an on-site role, requiring strong collaboration and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with Support Work and Technical Support
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Knowledge of Safeguarding practices and procedures
• Proficiency in managing financial records, bookkeeping, and compliance
• Proactive organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and support executive-level operations
• Relevant degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
