    Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a season and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in financial services, particularly within Finance firm or microfinance.
    • Candidates must have previously worked or currently working in the financial industry with cognizance loan processes.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client engagement.

    Key Responsibilitie

    • Proactively generate quality leads and convert them into profitable sales.
    • Meet and exceed set sales targets consistently.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals.
    • Prepare accurate weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
    • Promote the company’s products and services with a strong understanding of their value proposition.
    • Conduct client visits to assess needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records.
    • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries regarding pricing, products, and availability.

    Requirements

    • Minimum qualification of HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within Finance firms, microfinance banks or commercial banks.
    • Solid understanding of the loan sales cycle and customer engagement process.
    • Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service and satisfaction.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
    • Must have verifiable experience and references in the financial industry.
