About The Role
We're looking for an experienced Partnership Officer to partner with our team in Lagos.
The Partnership Officer will be directly involved in increasing the company's revenue & brand awareness by fostering and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders from institutions to MSME; demonstrating the benefits of BrandCo’s unique offerings, negotiating and finalizing deals
This role reports to the Partnership Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Research potential demand and market characteristics for new partnership offerings
- Undertake competitive research into competing companies and brands
- Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with the company’s contract guidelines and policies
- Develop long term relationships with key accounts & corporate institutions
- Generate leads and open conversations with key contacts
- Represent the company in meetings and events
- Create proposals and presentations to enable partnership opportunities
- Follow-up on conversations and processes
- Identify best practices and incorporating new ideas for partnership building
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of progressive Business Development/Partnership/Growth experience in a fast-paced environment.
- BSc. in Business Management, Sales & Marketing or any related field.
- Proven track record in successfully managing institutional/brand/corporate relations, preferably in the retail industry.
- Working knowledge of sales and customer analytics to support and influence decisions.
- Possess solid stakeholder management skills and effectively communicate across work levels.
- Possess strong strategic and innovative skills.
- Skilled in vast types of partnership marketing.

About The Role
The Warehouse Officer will assist in all warehousing operations, inventory management, and distribution of inventory across all stores in Nigeria.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile with the relevant departments.
- Ensure the accuracy of all documentation relating to goods in and goods out including sorting, labelling and packing of inventory.
- Assist in creating and implementing best practice warehousing procedures, policies and processes to improve operational processes.
- Regularly liaise with the E-commerce Team for prompt and efficient delivery of customers’ order.
- Operate and monitor the warehouse’s automated inventory management systems; enters data, updates information, and reviews entries for errors.
- Supervise temporary/adhoc staff for sorting and reconciliation of shipment, offloading and loading of inventory for delivery.
- Responsible for investigating inventory discrepancies, inbound and outbound (transit) and reporting the information to appropriate stakeholders.
- Manage the quality and accuracy assurance of all inbound and outbound inventory.
- Inspect the levels of inventory to identify shortages or excessive surplus and relay information to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years' warehousing experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of an ERP management system or any inventory automated software.
- Prior experience in the retail industry is desirable.
- Professional membership of an industry-related body will be an added advantage.
