    Sales Executive

    Job Description

    • As a Sales Executive at A4&T Power Solutions, you will play a key role in expanding our market reach and driving sales growth.
    • You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients, and achieving sales targets through effective communication, negotiation, and collaboration.

    JOB DUTIES

     

    • Handle sales of Solar Products & Services to prospects.
    • Achieve sales target and manage trade partners to realize business objectives
    • Conduct site visits to support site evaluation, suitability, and due diligence efforts while proffering solutions to clients.
    • Provide Pre-Sales & After-Sales support to customers who require additional help on A4&T Renewable Energy products.

    Distribution Network Engineer

    Job Description

    • As a Distribution Network Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical distribution systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a focus on distribution network design and optimization. They should have a proven track record of success in designing and implementing efficient and reliable distribution networks, and possess the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex electrical problems.
    • In this role, you will work closely with our team of engineers and technicians to design, install, and maintain electrical distribution systems that meet the needs of our clients. You will also be responsible for conducting site surveys, preparing project proposals, and providing technical support to clients and team members.

    JOB DUTIES

    • Design distribution network layout professionally using Auto-cad and other software necessary
    • Draft Standard Operating Procedure manual for power transmission and distribution network for the mini-grid projects
    • Prepare Bill of Materials for distribution network as needed for mini-grid projects with detailed description of quality required for needed materials
    • Design work plans, project timelines with tracker and triggers for transmission and distribution network.
    • Supervise installation of distribution poles and stringing of cables at project sites, ensuring projects are delivered with good quality.
    • Design proper monitoring template to ensure vendors deliver quality services
    • Draft transmission maintenance procedure and activities manual to ensure the lines function optimally across minigrid sites. This manual must show predictive maintenance activities to be carried out across the mini-grid sites, frequency of activities, a designed template for the maintenance to capture all checks and inspections carried out.
    • Carry out maintenance on transmission/distribution lines in to ensure 99% uptime across the company’s grids.
    • Train on-ground operators on light maintenance of transmission lines, associated HSEs procedures and test continuously to be sure they are capable to carry task out.
    • Supervise installation of meters/breakers on mini-grid sites
    • Design maintenance activity for meters and service cables.
    • Design meter tamper and by-pass policy with report template for operators.
    • Train operators on implementation of meter bypass policy and resolution procedures.
    • Train operators on service cables and meter maintenance, detection of bypass and resolution procedures
    • Attend to meter issues including resets and tampers.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly report on transmission and meter network across all sites to be sent to your line manager and the MD
    • Assist on ground operators in troubleshooting issues related to transmission, distribution and metering.

    Job Description

    • As a Recovery Officer, you will be responsible for managing and recovering overdue debts from our clients, ensuring that the company’s financial targets are met and risk is minimized.
    • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in debt recovery, with a strong understanding of financial analysis, credit risk management, and legal procedures related to debt recovery. They should be able to effectively communicate with clients, negotiate payment terms, and develop and implement strategies for timely recovery of debts.
    • In this role, you will work closely with our finance team and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize overdue debts, monitor payment plans, and take necessary actions to recover debts within the company’s policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead recovery activities across the states and new geographical expansions
    • Overseeing bottom-line metrics, including detailed strategic analysis, forecasting, and account placement
    • Keep tracking outstanding debts, locate and contact debtors
    • Minimise loss resulting from non-payment from clients and partners.
    • Review and implement new strategies and tactics to improve the recovery process’s effectiveness and policies
    • Execute all asset recovery logistics and effectively troubleshoot unforeseen issues/problems that may arise.
    • Engage with guarantors to negotiate reasonable settlements on post-recovery dates
    • Ensure training plans and documentation are up to date and in place for collections of receivables and applications.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 2-4 years in a similar position
    • Must have hands-on experience in Credit Collection and Recoveries for B2B and consumers
