    Manager, SME & Online Channels

    Job: IRC4341

    Job Summary

    • Execute 9mobile's Strategic Partners and specialized channel strategies, ensure proper execution of all specialized channel strategies and provide operational directives to manage the SME and channels business team.

    Principal Functions

    • Develop account management plans for key major 9mobile Enterprise Strategic Partners (ESPs) and Specialized Channel Partners (SCPs) including retention, sales and revenue growth plans.
    • Develop sales strategy and plan for the SME and online channel
    • Allocate accounts/territories, targets to ESPs, SCPs and Account Managers for SME and Specialized Channel
    • Identify and recommend appropriate training interventions for ESPs, SCPs and Account Managers for SME and Online Channels
    • Discharge all administrative duties that will enable the seamless functioning of the SME channel
    • Plan promos and manage incentive issues for ESPs and SCPs
    • Manage the hiring and management of ESPs and SCPs nationwide
    • Ensure all allocated targets to channel are met
    • Ensure call plans are adhered to
    • Ensure maintenance of accurate database of all ESPs and SCPs
    • Carry out other assignments as directed by Director, Enterprise Segment.

    Educational Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Arts, Science or Humanities. M.Sc. or MBA will be an advantage
    • Excellent communications skills, good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word & PowerPoint
    • 6 - 8 years work experience with at least two in a supervisory role
    • Work experience in channel Management, distribution, Sales and territory Management Experience, Customer and Account Management.

    Account Manager, Corporate & SME Sales

    Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

    Job Summary

    • Assist in the achievement of defined enterprise SME sales target in assigned region/industry/sector and maintain relationships with existing Enterprise Strategic Partners (ESPs).

    Principal Functions

    • Assist in ensuring adherence to periodic SME sales plan.
    • Manage / maintain assigned ESPs while ensuring acquisition of new ESPs and overall achievement of assigned sales targets.
    • Maintain accurate and up to date sales records/documentation for SMEs including prospect sheets, ESP and customer database and funnel analysis.
    • Possess detailed technical knowledge of specifications and usage of EMTS's product spectrum.
    • Assist in the identification of new sales prospects (in assigned sector), develop periodic prospect list to facilitate customer sourcing for ESPs
    • Ensure sales administrators of ESPs consistently adhere to standard customer service policies in their interactions with 9Mobile customers.
    • Process ESP / customer orders and follow-up with distribution team to ensure prompt product delivery in line with organisational policies.
    • Log and address ESP complaints; escalate appropriate issues and follow-up with relevant personnel to ensure proper resolution.
    • Liaise with relevant unit / team / function in carrying out all relevant activities.
    • Attend team / divisional / departmental meetings as required and assist in the preparation of relevant presentations and proposals.
    • Provide guidance and manage the performance of subordinates.
    • Prepare / compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Manager, Corporate& SME Sales
    • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager, Corporate & SME Sales.

    Educational Requirements

    • First degree or its equivalent in a relevant discipline.
    • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years relevant work experience.

    Manager, Key Accounts

    Job Summary

    • Develop and implement Key Account management strategies in 9mobile's major and strategic accounts.

    Principal Functions

    • Manage the day to day coordination of the Business Account Managers to deliver specified KPIs
    • Develop strategies and plans to drive deeper adoption of 9mobile's product and services across all solution spectrum, in 9mobile key business accounts
    • Develop sales and account plans to harness, cross and up selling opportunities in key business accounts
    • Plan and execute strategies to grow usage revenue to meet revenue target in key business accounts
    • Meet sales and revenue target in key managed accounts
    • Develop channels and modalities forgathering local and international intelligence of competitions'  activities and emerging trends within managed sector or industry
    • Develop standard plans to drive excellent customer service to managed accounts
    • Develop customer support structures to manage issues emanating from account
    • Coordinate all administrative duties that will enable the seamless functioning of managed accounts
    • Develop standard plans for the Identification of solution and revenue opportunities and coordinate solution team in developing apt product and services to meet such needs
    • Drive strategies for the establishment and maintenance of appropriate communication channels with accounts,
    • Develop reporting guidelines and formats and produce appropriate reports and data analysis to manage key business accounts
    • Manage and Coordinate respond to all local and international Group bids
    • Manage debt collection across all Key business accounts
    • Manage all account and bill reconciliations across all key business accounts
    • Coordinate activities of key business accounts across all verticals
    • Work closely with the BI/CVM team to generate account analysis for management's business decisions

    Educational Requirements

    • First Degree or equivalent. Additional business degrees will be an advantage
    • Six years Account Management experience, two of which must have been spent at least as a team supervisor
    • Excellent management and business analytical skills
    • Demonstrate ability to drive business development
    • Ability to provide leadership and direction to all support functions, in the effort to deliver excellent customer service to major customers
    • Customer management experience
    • Sales Management experience.
