    Junior Administrative Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily administrative functions and ensure operational efficiency.
    • Supervise and support junior administrative personnel.
    • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation systems.
    • Monitor office supplies and coordinate restocking as needed.
    • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing office calendars.
    • Support onboarding and training of new administrative staff.
    • Implement and enforce internal policies and procedures.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of administrative support with departmental needs.

    Requirements

    • OND, HND, or BSc in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
    • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or supervisory role.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • High level of discretion and attention to detail.

    HR Assistant/ Intern

    Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment and Staffing: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
    • Employee Relations: Act as a resource and advisor for employees on HR-related matters.
    • Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop relevant training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
    • Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs.
    • HR Policy and Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
    • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
    • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
    • HR Analytics and Reporting: Monitor HR metrics, such as turnover rates, training hours, and employee satisfaction surveys.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
    • Proven work experience as an HR personnel or similar role.
    • Solid knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws/regulations in the applicable jurisdiction.
    • Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with employees at all levels.
    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and develop HR team members.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
