    Project Manager (Training and Talent Development Programs)

    About the Role

    • Grant Thornton Academy (a Professional Training Academy) is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate the Academy’s employees’ feeder programs, talent development initiatives, and strategic projects. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless execution of training pipelines, partnership engagements, curriculum development plans, and academy-wide operational projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of employees’ feeder programs and other strategic initiatives.
    • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles—scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
    • Drive collaboration with internal teams, faculty, and external partners to ensure timely project completion.
    • Develop project frameworks, SOPs, and dashboards for effective tracking and evaluation.
    • Manage risks, issues, and change requests; ensure quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Support content development, program design, and learning delivery processes.
    • Monitor KPIs and produce periodic performance, impact, and progress reports for management.
    • Facilitate stakeholder communication and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and trainees.
    • Promote continuous improvement across all Academy programs and operations.

    Qualifications & Personal Attributes

    • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
    • A Master’s degree (MBA/M.Ed./M.Sc.) is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5–7 years cognate experience, with at least 3 years in project management within:
      • Training & Development.
      • Consulting.
      • Learning & Capacity Building.
      • HR/Talent Management.
      • Educational Services.
    • Professional certifications in related field are highly desirable.
    • Proven experience managing training programs, educational projects, or talent pipeline initiatives.
    • Strong knowledge of project planning tools.
    • Exceptional communication, coordination, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

    Business Development Executive

    • The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, organized, outgoing, and creative professional who thrives on the challenges of generating and growing new business through sales and networking. You should have a keen eye for detail, cultivate strong customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and successfully close deals, all while maintaining a thorough understanding of current market trends.

    Responsibilities

    Qualifications & Personal Attributes

    • Knowledgeable in research methodologies, including polls and surveys, to produce actionable insights.
    • A quick learner with a strong interest in reading and research.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals and teams while working under tight deadlines.

    IT Supervisor

    Key responsibilities

    • Participate in the development of the firms I.T strategy and annual budgets
    • Promptly and efficiently resolve hardware and software technology issues within the firm to prevent impedance to operations.
    • Liaise with relevant vendors and service providers in managing, maximizing and maintaining business equipment and facilities within the various. locations of the firm nationwide.
    • Perform installations, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
    • Maintain and administer the server. Develop and manage website to meet current business challenges. 

    Qualifications & Personal Attributes

    • A bachelor’s degree or a Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
    • Experience with Intune, Azure DevOps, and other IT management tools.
    • Solid understanding of network infrastructure and firewall management.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
