    Project Manager (Training and Talent Development Programs)

    About the Role

    • Grant Thornton Academy (a Professional Training Academy) is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate the Academy’s employees’ feeder programs, talent development initiatives, and strategic projects. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless execution of training pipelines, partnership engagements, curriculum development plans, and academy-wide operational projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of employees’ feeder programs and other strategic initiatives.
    • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles—scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
    • Drive collaboration with internal teams, faculty, and external partners to ensure timely project completion.
    • Develop project frameworks, SOPs, and dashboards for effective tracking and evaluation.
    • Manage risks, issues, and change requests; ensure quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Support content development, program design, and learning delivery processes.
    • Monitor KPIs and produce periodic performance, impact, and progress reports for management.
    • Facilitate stakeholder communication and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and trainees.
    • Promote continuous improvement across all Academy programs and operations.

    Qualifications & Personal Attributes

    • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
    • A Master’s degree (MBA/M.Ed./M.Sc.) is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5–7 years cognate experience, with at least 3 years in project management within:
      • Training & Development.
      • Consulting.
      • Learning & Capacity Building.
      • HR/Talent Management.
      • Educational Services.
    • Professional certifications in related field are highly desirable.
    • Proven experience managing training programs, educational projects, or talent pipeline initiatives.
    • Strong knowledge of project planning tools.
    • Exceptional communication, coordination, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
