Participate in the development of the firms I.T strategy and annual budgets
Promptly and efficiently resolve hardware and software technology issues within the firm to prevent impedance to operations.
Liaise with relevant vendors and service providers in managing, maximizing and maintaining business equipment and facilities within the various. locations of the firm nationwide.
Perform installations, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
Maintain and administer the server. Develop and manage website to meet current business challenges.
Qualifications & Personal Attributes
A bachelor’s degree or a Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
Experience with Intune, Azure DevOps, and other IT management tools.
Solid understanding of network infrastructure and firewall management.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
