    Chartered Accountant

    Responsibilities

    • Assisting management in the decision-making process by monitoring the budgets and financial forecasts.
    • Computing taxes and ensuring all remittances are made before deadlines
    • Coordinating the weekly and monthly stock taking
    • Examining financial records to check for accuracy
    • Ensure the brand's cash management and banking activities are efficiently carried out.
    • Handling the stock reconciliation and inventory monitoring
    • Collecting and analysing data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates for the brand.
    • Perform general accounting activities including preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, capital expenditure schedules and the production of management reports for the brand.
    • Generate monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting

    Reports Required:

    • Monthly P&L report
    • Monthly Stock Reconcilaition and Variance Report.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Banking & Finance.
    • Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA, ICMA, ACA, etc).
    • At least 3 years experience in related field, preferably in a fast food restaurant or the FMCG sector.
    • Proficiency in Excel is a must, knowledge of i-class will be an added advantage.
    • High Integrity, utmost confidentiality level.
    • Detail-oriented with expert knowledge of (GAAP) accounting procedures and financial reporting practices.
    • Working knowledge of i-class or any other accounting software is an advantage.

    Purchasing Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers.
    • Liaise with vendors/suppliers on behalf of the restaurant and compare proposals for price and specifications.
    • Secure products and services at the best possible pricing without compromising on quality or service.
    • Review, negotiate and agree contracts, monitoring the quality of service and product provided and.
    • Ensure all product ordered is received, accounted, and processed, both physically and on internal systems to ensure the best due process.
    • Assist the kitchen staff to optimize the cost of raw materials and controllable by researching products and collaborating with internal and external teams to source best products and follow best practices.

    Requirements

    • HND / OND in Business Administration / Purchasing & Supply / Accounting / Hospitality Management/ or related field.
    • 1 - 2 years experience as a Procurement Officer in the food and beverage, culinary or related area is a must.
    • MS Office Proficiency, knowledge of any ERP software is an added advantage.
    • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills with strong negotiation skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively to ensure transparency on all matters.
    • In-depth knowledge of contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
    • Outstanding numerical skills and ability to pay attention to details.
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

    Salary

    Store Officer

    Duties

    • Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store’s area of operation.
    • Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs.
    • Receive all items, maintain a clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
    • Monitor periodic automatic reorder level for all food items to ensure availability of stock.
    • Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received
    • Responsible for the day to day check on the storage facilities upkeep and hygiene.
    • Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable or incorrect items.
    • Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean and tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations
    • Ensure store requisition form is signed by the person collecting the goods and enter into the inventory/materials management system.
    • All invoices must be posted immediately upon items received.
    • Follow up on documentation of after-hours issues ensuring it is in accordance with established internal controls and procedures
    • Conduct inventory audit to determine inventory levels and needs.
    • Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies.
    • Work closely with Procurement to order and receive items and equipment.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND.
    • At least 1 year of work experience in the same or related role, added advantage for a fast food restaurant.
    • Inventory and market requisition knowledge.
    • Excellent numerical skills and ability to communicate well with others.
    • Available for immediate resumption.
    • Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge is a must.
    • Candidate must live in close proximity to the location of choice.

    Salary
    N40,000 - N45,000 monthly (Net).

    Restaurant Cashier

    Duties

    • Take customer orders at the counter.
    • Receive payments and present change to customers.
    • Pack food items neatly.
    • Appeal to impatient or irritated customers, especially during rush hours.
    • Manage the register, including all credit card and cash operations.
    • Ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period.

    Requirements

    • SSCE / OND qualification.
    • 0 - 1 year prior experience, experience in a fast food restaurant is an added advantage.

    Cyber Cafe Attendant

    Duties

    • Help customers with the use of computers, applications and internet usage.
    • Respond to customers who encounter error messages while accessing websites, emailing or downloading content.
    • Track customers time and charges at computer terminals and keep daily records.
    • Clean computer areas and tables and keep the premises neat and tidy.
    • Operate the various printing machinery in the cybercafé including photocopier, laminating machine andprinters
    • Learn and operate various equipment in the media centers - photo and video equipment, software.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an OND qualification, SSCE graduate will be considered if proficient in the use of a desktop, photocopie, printer or laminating machine.

    Production Supervisor

    Job Description

    • Production Supervisors with prior hands-on experience in this role are needed in our restaurant outlets in Ijora and Lekki Phase 1 for immediate engagement.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Maintain overall quality and service standards of all kitchen production and environment.
    • Stand in to check weekly paperwork and sign off. All records must be checked during production.
    • Ensuring that requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift.
    • Maintain cleanliness of premise on a daily basis and ensure the premises are cleaned before closing of daily activities
    • Move throughout the facility to visually monitor and take action to ensure quality service standards are met.

    • Must have worked in a fast food restaurant as a Team Lead or Supervisor.
    • Ability to delegate tasks and follow through till completion.
    • Proactivity and use of initiative is required for this role.
    • Must be flexible to take on any shift (morning and afternoon).
    • Candidates must be resided in close proximity to their preferred location as this role does not provide accommodation.
