    Sales Officer

    Responsibilities

    • The Sales Officer will be responsible for providing customers with high-quality interior designs.
    • Conducting market research to identify sales possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
    • Promote sales of fashionable interior designs like kitchen cabinets, doors, bathroom fixtures and accessories through advertisements and commercial exhibitions.
    • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
    • Ensure up-to-date knowledge on all company’s product, uses and maintenance.
    • Answer clients' questions regarding types of bathroom fittings, doors, kitchen cabinets, tiles etc. cost, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
    • Accompany buyers during visits to the showroom, inspecting the products and advising them on the suitability and value of the products for sale.
    • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and other related matters.
    • Track new infrastructural developments in the respective territory and develop a database to aid the achievement of sales targets.
    • Actively generate new customer leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
    • Ensuring clients are well informed on the durability and value of the products for sale.
    • Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business and cross-sell products and services
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement and resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service
    • Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity reports and calls/follow-ups made.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in any field with at least 2 years of work experience.
    • Solution-oriented with the ability to build relationships across a cross-disciplinary team comprised of diverse personalities, skill sets, and levels of experience
    • Applicants with experience in promoting Premium/Luxury brands of interior designs and lifestyle will be desirable to maximize sales opportunities geared towards achieving profitability and growth in line with the company’s vision and values.
    • Flexible, enthusiastic, and self-directed
    • Strong communication capabilities, written and verbal, for executive-level discussion and influence, comfort and confidence interfacing with and presenting to staff and executives.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
    • Minimum of 3+ year’s tech sales experience selling enterprise software, SaaS, Cloud, or IT Infrastructure products/services.
    • Proficient in developing new business opportunities
    • Exceptional skills in selling products and closing deals
    • Excellent presentation skills, interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Experience selling to C-Level Executives
    • Experience working with partners ecosystem across technology partners, re-sellers, and service integrators.
    • Highly driven, goal-oriented, and has the ability to meet deadlines.
    • High-level understanding of customer infrastructures as well as selling complex solutions.

    Waitress

    Job Description

    • Ensures all products are available and displayed at required times (in line with display schedule).
    • Create a good communication link with kitchen staff to ensure the right products comes out quickly.
    • Ensures sales entries are correctly entered and receipts are issued to customer before money is collected.
    • Maintain and guarantee an excellent level of hygiene at all the time
    • Ensure customers are attended to in a courteous and friendly manner and swift resolution is given to their issues/complaints.
    • Have a good knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions to customers
    • Check in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

    Job Requirement & Qualification

    • Minimum of a High School Certificate
    • Experience: Minimum 1 years multi-unit food service experience
    • Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
    • A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure and deliver orders in a timely manner.
    • Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
    • Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
