    Client Experience Officer

    Job Description

    • As a Client Experience Officer, your primary responsibility is to oversee and enhance the end to-end client experience within the clinic location. This involves guiding and assisting clients throughout the process, ensuring their comfort, emotional well being, and satisfaction.
    • It also involves playing a vital role in driving a customer centric culture, managing client interactions, conducting satisfaction surveys, implementing improvement strategies, and ensuring efficient follow up and billing processes.
    • By delivering compassionate service and fostering a welcoming environment, you will play a vital role in helping our clients realize their dreams of starting or expanding their families.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Fostering a customer-centric culture at the clinic location, managing client interactions, and ensuring timely service.
    • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys, collaborating on improvement strategies, implementing initiatives to enhance customer experience, and providing regular reports on customer engagement and satisfaction.
    • Ensure timely client interactions at different stages of their treatment cycle by driving adherence to our follow-up systems. This includes proactively reaching out to clients and providing necessary support and guidance.
    • Maintain compliance with appointment management systems and SOPs, ensuring a streamlined process. This involves monitoring appointment scheduling, confirming appointments, and ensuring that team members adhere to established protocols.
    • Supervise the billing and cashiering procedures for clients, ensuring precise calculations and avoiding any loss of revenue.
    • Provide support in the supervision of non-medical aspects of clinic operations, encompassing administrative tasks and facility management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in any field preferably, healthcare administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a high volume of inquiries and tasks.
    • Proficiency in using computer systems, electronic medical records, and office software.
    • Compassionate, patient-oriented, and a genuine desire to help others.
    • Demonstrates high levels of responsibility, accountability, integrity, and ethical standards.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.

    Embryologist

    Job Description

    • As an Embryologist, your primary objective will be to utilize advanced embryology techniques to manipulate gametes and achieve clinical pregnancy.
    • Under the guidance of our Laboratory Manager, you will play a crucial role in laboratory operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and success for our patients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform various laboratory procedures related to achieving clinical pregnancy, such as semen analysis, freezing, and preparation, as well as egg collection, culture dish preparation for IVF/ICSI, oocyte assessment and injection, fertilization checks, embryo transfer, and cryopreservation of semen, oocytes, and embryos.
    • Maintain the laboratory work area according to quality standards and perform preimplantation genetic testing (PGT).
    • Conduct laboratory processes and procedures according to agreed standards to ensure quality assurance.
    • Support in the review of current protocols and technology to ensure the laboratory remains at the cutting edge for superior clinical performance.
    • Engage in discussions with semen donors and provide information to clients regarding the use of donor semen and semen freezing. Keep clients informed about the progress of their embryos.
    • Contribute to research and act as a co-author for publications in professional journals while also assisting in the creation of communication materials such as newsletters, brochures, and newspaper articles
    • Provide support to the senior embryologist in the overall performance management activities of trainee embryologists such as training, supervision, etc.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences (e.g., Biochemistry, Cell Biology and Genetics, Microbiology, etc.).
    • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience
    • Demonstrable expertise in embryology techniques and a proven track record of successfully performing and achieving results in each area.
    • Strong understanding of laboratory performance and management practices.
    • Exceptional level of attention to detail, accuracy, and precision.

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales within the diagnostics, laboratory or pharmaceutical industries, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Management level experience in brand management, marketing/communications and/or customer service will be an added advantage.
    • In-depth knowledge (covering commercial aspects, industry regulations and market dynamics) in any of the following sectors:
      • Fertility/assisted reproduction
      • Pharmaceutical
