    Invest/Economic Advisory Consultant

    INVESTMENT/ECONOMIC ADVISORY CONSULTANT

    SUMMARY

    Study the industry and develop a robust business sourcing and development plan to attract new businesses for the firm and ensure proper coordination of the team to manage effectively existing businesses and grow the numbers sustainably with a good revenue generation drive.

    Responsibilities:

    • Hold initial orientation meetings with the business unit stakeholders across levels
    • Continue networking to identify potential SMEs in the country with a focus on

    Lagos & its environs           

    • Arrange, and conduct seminars, workshops, and media campaigns to attract potential entrepreneurs in the country particularly with reference to the global market
    • Conduct necessary technical feasibility and economic viability studies for each of the potential entrepreneurs and interested SMEs
    • Market the firm’s products and services to the general public by leveraging different available platforms: social media, social clubs, professional bodies, religious organizations, and others
    • Develop business plans, followed by detailed business support action plans for each of the targeted SMEs
    • Assist the SMEs in preparing their loan applications, brief them on the general procedures and requirements of the various financial institutions in the country
    • Avail self of international business climates, economic context, and financial regulatory requirements for global clients sourcing and advisory services
    • Establish backward linkages with commodity suppliers, raw material suppliers, technology providers, and other suppliers linked to clients’ product value chain
    • Analyze the outsourcing industry, and trends to identify potential business opportunities

    REQUIREMENT

    • Minimum of Ten (10) years of relevant experience  
    • First degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.  The second degree is a great advantage
    • Proven work experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, and planning
    • Ability to develop a good relationship and understanding of the client's business
    • Experience with statistical and analytical tools
    • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Excellent presentation and reporting skills
    • ICAN/ACCA qualification is strongly desired
    • A strong and proven interest in Finance, Investments, and the business world.

    Learning/HR Executives

    SUMMARY

    The job holder will work with the line manager in developing materials for learning programs and also supports the delivery of different learning programs. He/She is people-oriented and works well in a team while building relationships with clients. Business development to expand the client's database and manage the existing clients are major functions.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop in-depth knowledge of clients’ businesses whilst building and maintaining strong client relationships to strengthen and grow existing accounts.
    • Help organizations succeed by conducting Training Needs Analysis,

    REQUIREMENT

    • Relevant professional certification is an advantage

    Senior Learning Consultant

    SUMMARY

    The Job holder will need to be a highly motivated and self-driven individual with a passion for Training & Learning delivery and relationship management. You will be responsible for the Client’s Training Needs Analysis, Curriculum Design, Delivery, and Administration of ongoing learning and development programs across all teams to support the client’s operational excellence. A key requirement of this role is the ability to generate business.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Job will deliver a high-quality and professional generalist HR Service to a range of clients, providing expert HR advice and guidance directly to the client on a range of complex HR cases and projects, whilst developing lasting client relationships to help strengthen and grow existing accounts.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Competently and efficiently handle a range of complex HR projects and issues (employee relations, resourcing, organization development, training, pay and benefits, performance management, people management, and business change).
    • Partner with our clients, taking ownership of their HR issues and initiatives, and work to resolve these to ensure you achieve the best possible outcome for the client.
    • Develop an in-depth knowledge of our client’s businesses whilst building and maintaining strong client relationships to strengthen and grow existing accounts.
    • Visit clients on-site when required to effectively and efficiently handle a range of HR projects and issues (disciplinary/grievance investigations and hearings, recruitment interviews, return to work interviews, redundancy consultation, etc.).

    • Carry out detailed project work for a client and where appropriate draft well-structured and comprehensive reports to inform the clients’ management decisions.
    • Produce letters and documentation to support the employee lifecycle (offer letters, employment contracts, job descriptions, meeting notes, employee letters, etc.) for our clients to ensure their HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.
    • Draft and maintain client employee handbooks and policies to ensure they are up to date with current employment legislation and internal changes.
