Finance Operation Analyst at ICS Outsourcing Limited

Job Profile:

• As a Finance Operation Analyst, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and examining financial cost data, identifying inefficient processes, and formulating recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Financial Task: Work closely with management in developing financial strategies and maintaining financial records. Help with processing invoices and managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Performance Monitoring: Aid in tracking and analyzing financial performance. Prepare basic financial reports and assist with budget forecasts.
• Risk Management Support: Support risk assessment activities and contribute to implementing risk mitigation measures.
• Operational Assistance: Provide financial guidance support for decision-making. Help manage cash flow and track expenses.
• Reconciliation Tasks: Assist with reconciling bank statements and financial transactions. Ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Audit Preparation: Ensure the preparation of financial audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Reporting: Prepare financial statements and reports for management review, focusing on transparency and accuracy.
• Additional: Doing everything else as assigned by the management.

Skills:

• Proven computer skills and proficiency in the use of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent use of Excel to keep accurate records and analyses reports.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining clear, accurate, and professional financial records.
• Ability to work within a stipulated time.
• Proven integrity with good communication, customer services, and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

• 2+ years experience in a similar role
• Use of accounting software 

Qualification:

• OND, HND, or BA in Accounting
• ICAN, ACCA certification
