    IT Officer

    About the role

    We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Officer to manage and support our organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting users across the business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support to staff on hardware, software, and network issues
    • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment
    • Monitor and maintain network systems and internet connectivity
    • Troubleshoot and resolve system, email, and access issues
    • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings
    • Ensure data backup, system security, and antivirus protection
    • Support IT projects, upgrades, and system improvements
    • Maintain proper IT documentation and asset records
    • Liaise with external vendors and service providers when required

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
    • 1–3 years relevant IT support experience
    • Strong knowledge of: Windows OS, Networking basics (LAN/WAN), Microsoft Office & email systems
    • Basic understanding of IT security and data protection
    • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure)
    • Experience with ERP systems
    • IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.)

    Senior Supply Chain Officer

    About the role

    ACO Nigeria is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Supply Chain Officer to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations. The role involves managing importation processes, logistics coordination, warehouse operations, and ensuring accurate reporting across all supply chain activities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate importation & customs clearance
    • Manage inventory, warehouse, and deliveries
    • Prepare supply chain reports (inventory, shipments, costs)
    • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance
    • Monitor landed costs and logistics performance

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
    • Proven experience in importation, logistics, and supply chain operations
    • Strong knowledge of: Customs clearance processes, Inventory and warehouse management & Supply chain reporting
    • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and coordination abilities
    • Must be available to resume in 2 weeks
