    Community Feedback Mechanism (CFM) Officer

    KEY       RESPONSIBILITIES     :              

    • Manage and maintain community feedback and complaint channels (hotlines, helpdesk, suggestion boxes e,t,c).
    • Record , categorize, and track all feedback and complaints in a confidential database.
    • Refer issues to to relevant departments and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
    • Provide feedbacks to communities on action taken.
    • Support  awareness sessions to inform communities about their rights and feedback options.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE                  

    • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciencies, Communication, Community Development or related field.
    • Minimum of 2-3years of relevant experience in accountability, community engagement, MEAL experience preferably in NGO settings.
    • Strong Understanding of Accountability to Affected Populations(AAP) and humanitarian principles.
    • Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools (e,g kobo, Excel or CRM system.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and ethically.

    Hygiene Promoters

    Position  Summary:              

    The Hygiene Promoter supports the implement supports the implementation of WASH activities by promoting safe hygiene practices, Raising Community awareness , and encouraging behavior change to prevent Disease.

    Key  Responsibilities:

    • Conduct community hygiene education and awareness sessions on safe water handling, sanitation and disease prevention.
    • Mobilize and engage communities to participate in hygiene promotion and maintainance of wash facilities.
    • Support the distribution and correct use of hygiene kits and materials.
    • Monitor and report on hygiene conditions , behaviors, and functionality of WASH facilities. • Promote inclusive and gender-sensitive hygiene practices, including menstrual  hygiene management.
    • Collective feedback and complaints from community members and share them with the WASH/MEAL teams.

    Qualifications and  Experience:

    • Minimum secondary school certificate, diploma or degree in Public Health, Environmental Health, Community Development or related field.
    • At least 1-2 years hygiene promotion, community mobilization , or WASH programs, 
    • Basic knowledge of hygiene , sanitation , and public health principles.
    • Good Communication and interpersonal skills

    HR Manager

    Position Summary:

    The HR Manager will oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, performance management, staff welfare, and compliance with organizational policies and labor laws.

    Key        Responsibilities:

    • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff.
    • Maintain updated employee records and HR database.
    • Support staff capacity building and performance evaluation.
    • Ensure compliance with HR policies and donor regulations.
    • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
    • Prepare HR reports and support audits as required.

    Qualifications and  Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification is an advantage).
    • Minimum of 4 years’ HR experience, preferably in NGO settings.
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    Program Manager

    Summary:

    • The Program Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of all project activities under YPHO’s humanitarian portfolio. The role includes supervision of field teams, budget management, donor reporting, and representation at coordination forums.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead project implementation and ensure alignment with donor requirements.
    • Supervise program staff and provide technical guidance.
    • Ensure quality reporting, documentation, and data management.
    • Support resource mobilization and proposal development.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.

    Wash Officer

    Position Summary:

    • The WASH Officer will support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) activities in target communities. The role ensures the provision of safe water, improved sanitation, and hygiene promotion in line with project objectives and international standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Implement WASH activities including borehole rehabilitation, latrine construction, and hygiene promotion.
    • Conduct community mobilization and hygiene awareness sessions.
    • Supervise WASH infrastructure works and ensure quality control.
    • Monitor the functionality of WASH facilities and ensure maintenance.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports.
    • Work closely with community leaders and local authorities to ensure sustainability.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health, Civil Engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in WASH programming in humanitarian contexts.
    • Technical knowledge of WASH infrastructure and community mobilization.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

    Monitoring And Evaluation (M&E) Officer

    Position Summary:

    • The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust monitoring and evaluation system to track project progress and ensure quality reporting. The incumbent will support data collection, analysis, reporting, and learning processes across project sites.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement project-specific M&E plans, tools, and indicators.
    • Support routine data collection and ensure data quality and accuracy.
    • Conduct field monitoring visits to assess project performance.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports.
    • Build the capacity of field staff on data collection and reporting.
    • Collaborate with program teams to document lessons learned and success stories.

    Qualifications and  Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Public Health, Development Studies, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in M&E roles within NGO or humanitarian settings.
    • Strong knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Kobo, or DHIS2).
    • Excellent reporting and communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
