    Community Feedback Mechanism (CFM) Officer

    KEY       RESPONSIBILITIES     :              

    • Manage and maintain community feedback and complaint channels (hotlines, helpdesk, suggestion boxes e,t,c).
    • Record , categorize, and track all feedback and complaints in a confidential database.
    • Refer issues to to relevant departments and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
    • Provide feedbacks to communities on action taken.
    • Support  awareness sessions to inform communities about their rights and feedback options.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE                  

    • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciencies, Communication, Community Development or related field.
    • Minimum of 2-3years of relevant experience in accountability, community engagement, MEAL experience preferably in NGO settings.
    • Strong Understanding of Accountability to Affected Populations(AAP) and humanitarian principles.
    • Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools (e,g kobo, Excel or CRM system.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and ethically.
