Requirements:

• Proven ability to develop detailed, costed micro-plans and manage complex logistical budgets
• Experience engaging LGA and ward-level stakeholders to secure buy-in and coordinate large-scale health interventions
• Demonstrated skill in supervising field teams, conducting independent monitoring, and managing real-time data for program course correction
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting vaccination coverage, usage rates, and identifying data quality gaps
• Skilled in managing financial retirement documents and maintaining organized archives of program reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop costed LGA-level micro-plans and budgets while managing settlement harmonization to identify accessible and inaccessible areas
• Oversee the selection and training of vaccination teams and manage the procurement and distribution of critical resources like vaccines and data tools
• Lead special intervention activities, coordinate daily review meetings, and manage mop-up exercises to reach missed settlements
• to Train and monitor ward supervisors, tracking their performance and adherence operational and accountability frameworks.
• Analyze daily vaccination data, document operational challenges, and develop comprehensive post-campaign reports and financial retirements.
