    LGA Consultants

    Requirements:

    • Proven ability to develop detailed, costed micro-plans and manage complex logistical budgets
    • Experience engaging LGA and ward-level stakeholders to secure buy-in and coordinate large-scale health interventions
    • Demonstrated skill in supervising field teams, conducting independent monitoring, and managing real-time data for program course correction
    • Strong analytical skills for interpreting vaccination coverage, usage rates, and identifying data quality gaps
    • Skilled in managing financial retirement documents and maintaining organized archives of program reports.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop costed LGA-level micro-plans and budgets while managing settlement harmonization to identify accessible and inaccessible areas
    • Oversee the selection and training of vaccination teams and manage the procurement and distribution of critical resources like vaccines and data tools
    • Lead special intervention activities, coordinate daily review meetings, and manage mop-up exercises to reach missed settlements

    Special Intervention Leads

    • The Lead will work cohesively with the State Technical Lead and Program Manager to design and execute specialized campaign strategies that enhance coverage in high-risk and security-compromised areas.

    Requirements:

    • Experience developing complex implementation plans and validated budgets
    • Extensive experience supervising team deployments and managing the mobilization of critical resources across multiple administrative levels.
    • Skilled in conducting situational analyses, managing data-driven situation rooms, and facilitating sessions to resolve operational bottlenecks.
    • Demonstrated success in leading independent monitoring exercises and managing mop-up activities in high-risk or security-compromised areas
    • Ability to provide high-level technical support to data teams and consultants while ensuring adherence to program deliverables.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead situational analyses and develop micro-plans for security-compromised zones
    • Supervise team training, deployment, and the mobilization of critical health resources.
    • Manage daily situation rooms and review meetings to solve implementation challenges
    • Lead independent monitoring and mop-up activities to verify coverage quality
    • Provide guidance to Data Analysts and LGA Consultants, tracking their performance and facilitating problem-solving sessions to address operational challenges.

    Data Analysts

    • The Data Analyst will work cohesively with the Program Manager and State Team Lead to design and manage data systems that enhance program delivery and campaign impact

    Requirements:

    • Ability to design capacity-building materials and provide real-time technical feedback to field teams and supervisors.
    • Advanced skills in developing and maintaining functional databases and digital dashboards for complex data management.
    • Proven ability to conduct detailed data analysis, identify operational bottlenecks, and generate actionable strategic insights.
    • Strong capability in tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitoring program activities for quality and compliance.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multi-stakeholder environments and political sensitivities

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain functional databases and dashboards for the quarterly storage and management of program data.
    • Conduct pre-campaign analysis of settlement lists, manage daily intra-campaign vaccination data, and perform post-campaign quality assessments
    • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and generate daily insight reports and strategy recommendations for the team.
    • Assist with settlement geo-coordinate validation to ensure all planned locations are accurately captured for campaign activities.

    Data Collector

    • The program aims to assess the technical infrastructure, operational workflows, workforce capacity, and organisational readiness required to pilot and implement the transition from paper-based systems to Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) in selected Primary Health Care (PHC) facilities across 12 states.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of an ND/Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Statistics or related field.
    • Good knowledge of local communities in the assigned state.
    • Fluency in local indigenous languages (Yoruba, Pidgin, Igbo, Hausa) to facilitate communication.
    • Proficient use of any e-tool for data collection/survey.
    • Prioritization and organizational skills.
    • Ability to focus under pressure.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Participate in mandatory training on the study protocol, data collection instruments, digital tools, and ethical procedures.
    • Collect facility-level data on infrastructure, workflows, workforce capacity, and data use & reporting using standardized ODK tools across an average of 26 facilities
    • Support pilot testing of data collection tools and contribute to validation and refinement where required.
    • Share complete and accurate data from each facility visited daily.
    • Undertake any other duty as assigned by the supervisor
