    HR Generalist

    This role supports the people agenda by managing the full employee lifecycle, delivering effective HR systems and services to build capability, strengthen culture, and ensure a positive end-to-end employee experience.

    Job Details

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and workforce planning.
    • Lead Learning & Development initiatives to address skills gaps and support career growth.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, payroll regulations, and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave data through the HRIS.
    • Manage onboarding and offboarding, including documentation and exit interviews.
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
    • Track HR metrics related to performance, engagement, and retention.
    • Analyze workforce trends and employee feedback to inform decisions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and efficiency.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
    • Experience in a generalist HR role.
    • Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and HR best practices.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
    • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

    Production Technician

    This role works with general production materials and equipment, assembling components, and ensuring the smooth operation of the production process.

    Job Details

    • Use basic hand tools effectively to assist in material preparation, assembly, and finishing tasks.
    • Lift and handle materials and components, safely using proper techniques and equipment.
    • Clean and package finished goods according to company standards, ensuring they are ready for delivery to customers.
    • Kit sub-assembly parts for production, ensuring all necessary components are organized and prepared for the next steps.
    • Provide job shadowing and support to team members and other technicians, learning from experienced staff and sharing knowledge as needed.
    • Prepare materials for production and ensure that they meet production requirements.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools, materials, and finished goods are stored properly and that all safety regulations are followed.

    Requirements

    • OND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Industrial maintenance, or a related field.
    • 0-2 years' experience in a production or manufacturing environment, or a similar industry.
    • Trade Test Certificate will be an added advantage
    • Basic knowledge of hand tools and their safe usage in material handling and preparation tasks.
    • Good communication skills and a willingness to assist and learn from colleagues.
    • Ability to adapt to changing production needs in a fast-paced environment.
