REPORTS TO - Director
JOB DESCRIPTION
The fitness manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fitness facility. Coordinates clients for all trainers. Responsible for managing the facility, staff and any other special programming through the fitness center. Assists with handling the Group Fitness program.
SUPERVISES - Fitness Marketing officers, Fitness Trainers, other staff
INTERNAL CONTACTS - Fitness Staff, Housekeeping, Engineering, Trainers, Facility Management
EXTERNAL CONTACTS - Gym Members, Guests, Corporate Client
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Ability to instruct and motivate people
- Knowledge of diverse exercises and how to adjust plans according to each client’s needs
- Good organization and planning skills and must be flexible and adapt easily
- Computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS
- A 4-year Bachelor’s degree; degree in Kinesiology or Sports Science is a plus
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a personal trainer
- Proven experience of CPR and First Aid
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged extensive standing/walking.
- Heavy physical effort will be required on a regular basis
- Considerable reaching and pushing
- Be able to lift/carry loads up to 40lbs.

JOB DESCRIPTION The fitness marketing officer is responsible for overseeing the general sales activities of the gym which includes but not limited to membership sales, promotional activities and marketing with the aim of driving the business forward. The fitness marketing officer reports directly to the Directors
EXTERNAL CONTACTS - Gym Members, Guests, Corporate Clients, All Potential Clients
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Should have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and also be dynamic
- Should be able to comfortably interact with high-end clients as well as clients from dynamic backgrounds
- Should have a good knowledge of the gym and fitness industry.
- Excellent customer services skills, outgoing, motivational and friendly
- Be able to deal with pressure in meeting sales quota
- Have a positive, professional attitude, and passion for fitness
QUALIFICATIONS
- BS/MS Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
- At least 5 years of experience as Sales Executive preferably from Fitness/Wellness/Leisure/Hospitality industries
- Experienced in membership sales and management

Company - PLASTIC RECYCLING COMPANY
Location - SAGAMU, Ogun State
Responsibilities
- Lead Crushing team
- Proper and safe handling of crushing machine
- Observe safety protocols while feeding machine
- Report timely maintenance issues to maintenance team and proper follow up until issue is resolved
- Ability to trouble shoot issues before arrival of technician
- Required to clock in attendance daily
Day/Hours Shift rotation:
Mon -Fri : 7am-7pm (Morning shift)
7pm- 7am (Night shift)
Saturday 7am -7pm (weekly rotation)
Appropriate breaks to ensure no violation of labor laws
Target Basis
KG of Materials Crushed
Qualifications
- At least two years prior experience in a plastic recycling factory
- Knowledge of crushing
- Knowledge of different types of crushers
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Ability to sharpen and set blades
Remuneration:
Full time Full-time
Compensation: Up to N35,000 per month (Gross) based on agreed upon targets
Quarterly Bonus Up to 100% of one month Guaranteed Gross Base Salary if the factory achieves an average of 90% of quarterly target

- Required to be properly dressed in Uniform as provided by the company
Day/Hours Shift rotation:
Mon -Fri : 8am - 6pm (Morning shift)
8pm- 6am (Night shift)
Saturday 8am -6pm (weekly rotation)
Qualifications
- At least three years prior experience in a plastic recycling factory
- Knowledge of manual and auto punching cutting machines
- Ability to troubleshoot cutting machines
Remunerations:
Up to N50,000 per month (Gross) based on agreed upon targets
Quarterly Bonus Up to 100% of one month Guaranteed Gross Base Salary if the factory achieves an average of 90% of quarterly target
