Crusher Operator at Work Place Centre Limited

Location - SAGAMU, Ogun State

Responsibilities

• Lead Crushing team
• Proper and safe handling of crushing machine
• Observe safety protocols while feeding machine
• Report timely maintenance issues to maintenance team and proper follow up until issue is resolved
• Ability to trouble shoot issues before arrival of technician
• Required to clock in attendance daily

Day/Hours Shift rotation:

Mon -Fri : 7am-7pm (Morning shift)

7pm- 7am (Night shift)

Saturday 7am -7pm (weekly rotation)

Appropriate breaks to ensure no violation of labor laws

Target Basis

KG of Materials Crushed

Qualifications

• At least two years prior experience in a plastic recycling factory
• Knowledge of crushing
• Knowledge of different types of crushers
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Ability to sharpen and set blades

Remuneration:

Full time Full-time

Compensation: Up to N35,000 per month (Gross) based on agreed upon targets

Quarterly Bonus Up to 100% of one month Guaranteed Gross Base Salary if the factory achieves an average of 90% of quarterly target
