    Senior Talent Acquisition Executive

    Summary

    • The Senior Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for driving the Talent Acquisition team and facilitating the effective staffing of the organization.

    Job Description

    • Working with Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs.
    • Conducting both phone & face-2-face interviews for prospective hires.
    • Sourcing for and engaging talents both for immediate talent need and the talent pipeline through different channel.
    • Thorough screening of prospective hire through interviews.
    • On-boarding of prospective & new hires; Ensuring positive candidate experience & maintaining positive communication with prospective hire.
    • Working with Line Managers to develop Job Descriptions for job roles.
    • Working to continuously drive traffic to the career portal.
    • Assigning candidates on the Career portal to line manager for phone interviews

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 4 years quality experience in recruitment/talent acquisition with the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
    • A Degree in Human Resources or any other relevant discipline.
    • Completion of the NYSC year.
    • Familiarity with social media networks.
    • Keen interest in Human Resources.
    • Resourcefulness.

    Team Lead, Telesales

    Locations: Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja

    Job Descriptions

    • We require a Telesales Team Leader to supervise and support the work of the telesales executives and to assist the Telesales Manager in the set up of the Telesales campaigns.
    • The Telesales Leader will monitor the performance of the agents both in the In-house team and deliver training accordingly.

    Key Responsibilities
    Outbound Telesales:

    • To provide day to day supervision and management of directly assigned Telesales team:
    • Ensure that Telesales unit have a clear understanding of performance expectations.
    • Ensure Telesales team are properly trained both on Concern Worldwide work and the relevant TM campaigns.
    • Ensure Telesales team have the tools they need to perform at high level of productivity.
    • Act as main point of reference for the team for queries and escalation.
    • Under the supervision of Telesales Manager, monitor individual and team metrics (by listening to calls and following system reports) keeping record in a consistent and systematic way.
    • Keep the team updated on overall campaign performance and any relevant information about the company.
    • Escalate any individual or team issues to line manager
    • Act as second support for campaign set up where appropriate
    • Set up Telesales campaigns on ThankQ system and ensure they are functioning

    Implement training for marketing campaigns:

    • Create a training calendar based on the 2017 TM calendar (dates and themes relevant to campaigns)
    • Provide training to new staff members (on Concern work and the relevant campaigns)
    • Create training materials for future reference of current staff and future members
    • Identify training needs along the year (group and individual) and provide training accordingly when possible or inform Line manager.
    • Conduct call-coaching training sessions
    • To supervise Telesales Team to ensure goals are achieved:
    • Identify training and other needs and expectation through regular individual and team meetings.
    • Address under-performance if that is the case.
    • Motivate and challenge the team with enthusiastic manners and a positive approach.
    • Promote teamwork and cooperation.

    Inbound Telesales:

    • Act as point of reference for day to day queries from call center team leader/agents:
    • Answer their queries in a timely manner.
    • Escalate to and liaise with Donor Care if needed.
    • Communicate new campaigns and appeals to ensure they are fully briefed.

    Monitor service quality:

    • Monitor random calls filling in quality forms with agreed KPIs and keep records in a consistent and systematic way.
    • Implement agreed SLAs. Report to Call Center if under-performance is noticed and make recommendations if this persists (such as taking out an agent from the lines).
    • Conduct calibration sessions with Call Center to ensure same approach is taken.

    Keep Call Center informed and briefed of upcoming campaigns and events:

    • Provide training and materials prior to campaigns together with the relevant parties.
    • Have group meetings to keep the agents informed on the overall campaign (or DRTV) performance, highlighting achievements when possible.
    • Implement Concern’s Emergency plan if needed.

    Job Requirements

    • Proven minimum of Four (4) years experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
    • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
    • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
    • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
    • Excellent knowledge of English.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
    • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
    • Qualification: Degree in any course from a recognized university.

    Talent Acquisition and Engagement Strategist

    Job Description

    • Responsible for the creation and execution of a comprehensive, multi-faceted recruiting strategy to reach and recruit individuals of different demographics, backgrounds and experiences in support of the Company’s values and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Support multiple business lines and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for select positions. Build strong relationships with business line leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners and Staffing Specialist to maintain an understanding of hiring needs and challenges.
    • Overseeing the Talent Acquisition unit’s procedures, suggesting measures and tactical approaches to improve the organization’s employment life-cycle (e.g. recruitment, on-boarding, career growth, capacity planning, succession planning, competency modeling, talent balancing/mapping, occupational gap assessment and workforce realignment).
    • Develop and implement a progressive sourcing strategy to increase diverse talent acquisition and retention. Provide consultation and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
    • Create and drive innovative recruitment methods to build a continuous pipeline to reach passive job seekers and to source difficult to fill positions. Partner with the Marketing team to develop creative recruiting campaigns to attract a diverse audience across the communities we serve. Seek opportunities to introduce and promote the company’s brand.
    • Partner with business lines leaders on talent planning, gap analysis, industry trends and/or best practices to meet or exceed hiring goals.
    • Recommend ideas and solutions that will contribute to the Company’s diversity and inclusion strategy and overarching business goals and objectives.
    • Analyze the recruitment process to identify efficiency and improvement opportunities. Develop performance metrics and provide management reporting.
    • Maintain relationships with professional associations, chambers of commerce and other community organizations throughout the Company’s footprint. Plan and coordinate recruiting events at job fairs, trade-shows, and other networking events. Build relationships with colleges and universities and participate in on-campus recruiting activities and events.
    • Consistently meet or exceed service level agreements by providing the highest possible level of service to the business.
    • Ensure compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, prescribed policies, practices and procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards related to and required by one’s duties.

    Requirements

    • Recognized qualification (e.g. CIPM, PHRi, SPHRi) or degree in Human Resources or any other related courses.
    • 6 years post qualification experience with cognitive experience in Talent Acqusition and Engagement.

    • Good communication skills
    • Hands-on mentality, results driven and team player
    • High level of personal integrity
    • Ability to work with minimum supervision and function in multicultural and multidisciplinary environment
