    Senior Sales Consultant

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a First Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field from a reputable University.
    • Minimum of five (5) - seven (7) years’ work experience in a sales and/or business development role within a structured organization.
    • Proven track record in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, improve client retention & management, and expand the company’s customer base.

    Legal Services Manager

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a First Degree in Law from a reputable University.
    • Minimum of Eight (8) years’ post-call work experience with at least Four (4) years in a corporate law or other commercial law role.
    • Prior experience delivering proficient legal and risk assessments for the analysis of company transactions and opportunities as well as coordinating corporate tendering processes to ensure legal adequacy protection.
    • Proven experience effectively addressing/managing legal issues that may arise in the company's existing relationships with other parties, handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries.
    • Proven experience conducting comprehensive legal research, fact-finding, and analysis of intricate matters, as assigned by the CEO. Additionally, evaluate and provide quarterly reports on the company's legal risk and insurance ratings and status.
    • Must be able to support the Business Development Teams in verifying and establishing land rights and titles designated for development as well as maintain client’s engagement and documentation.
    • Must be able to ensure strong compliance with applicable regulations encompassing taxation, accounting, insurance, pensions, labor, and employee relations, in collaboration with the human capital and finance team.
    • Prior experience monitoring and providing feedback to management on legislative, regulatory, and judicial developments and trends that might impact the company.
