Minimum of a First Degree in Law from a reputable University.

Prior experience delivering proficient legal and risk assessments for the analysis of company transactions and opportunities as well as coordinating corporate tendering processes to ensure legal adequacy protection.
Proven experience effectively addressing/managing legal issues that may arise in the company's existing relationships with other parties, handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries.
Proven experience conducting comprehensive legal research, fact-finding, and analysis of intricate matters, as assigned by the CEO. Additionally, evaluate and provide quarterly reports on the company's legal risk and insurance ratings and status.
Must be able to support the Business Development Teams in verifying and establishing land rights and titles designated for development as well as maintain client’s engagement and documentation.
Must be able to ensure strong compliance with applicable regulations encompassing taxation, accounting, insurance, pensions, labor, and employee relations, in collaboration with the human capital and finance team.
Prior experience monitoring and providing feedback to management on legislative, regulatory, and judicial developments and trends that might impact the company.
