    Telesales Officer - Agidingbi

    Salary is 130k - 160k 

    • Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
    • Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going
    • Listening to the customers\' needs to generate repeat sales.
    • Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods purchases, and reactions to products.
    • Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products
    • Answering customers\' questions on the products
    • Meeting sales quotas.

    Job Requirements:

    Loan Collectors - Agidingbi

     Salary 130k - 160k

    • Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
    • Daily monitoring of accounts to identify outstanding receivables
    • Discussing overdue payments with clients and making follow-up calls
    • Creating and negotiating repayment plans, and setting up updated payment options
    • Keeping detailed records of all communications and repayments, and noting any discrepancies or customer complaints
    • Developing and implementing debt collection strategies and plans
    • Resolving billing and customer credit issues
    • Preparing and presenting reports on collection activities and progress
    • Ensuring office efficiency by performing administrative duties
    • Collaborating with Accounts, Sales, and the Legal Department on debt collection efforts
    • Create trust relationships with customers when possible to avoid future issues.
    • Update account status and database regularly.
    • Alert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessary

    Job Requirements:

    • Proven experience as debt collector.
    • Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines.
    • Knowledge of relevant legal requirements.
    • Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.
    • Excellent communication and people skills.
    • Apt in negotiating and persuading
    • Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence.
    • Ond/Hnd/B.sc/Hnd is preferred

    Programs Manager - Lekki Ajah

    Salary is 500k

    As our Program & Partnerships Coordinator, you will be the engine of our early-stage impact. You won\'t just be planning—you\'ll be doing. You will:

    • Take full ownership of our inaugural scholarship program, from creating the application process to selecting and supporting 15 deserving students.
    • Identify, connect with, and build strong relationships with universities and vocational schools, negotiating valuable tuition discounts for all Noblesse Tribe members.
    • Work directly with the Director of Operations to lay the groundwork for all future community programs, establishing the gold standard for how we serve our members.

    • You are a self-starter who thrives in a lean environment. You can independently manage projects from conception to completion.
