    CX Research Analyst

    The Research Analyst specializes in quantitative data analysis, survey design, and statistical interpretation to support customer research initiatives across Moniepoint. This role is responsible for extracting actionable insights from various quantitative data sources (e.g., transactional data, behavioral data, survey responses, customer complaints) to inform business decisions and measure the impact of product and experience changes. A Senior Analyst will lead more complex data modeling and provide advanced statistical support.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Quantitative Research & Survey Design:
      • Design and develop robust quantitative surveys (NPS, CSAT, transactional, product, ad-hoc) using platforms like Qualtrics, ensuring methodological soundness and optimal data collection.
      • Manage and monitor ongoing quantitative feedback loops, ensuring data quality, coverage, and timely responses.
    • Data Analysis & Interpretation:
      • Clean, process, and analyze large datasets from various internal and external sources.
      • Manage customer data for research participant’s panel
      • Apply appropriate statistical methods (e.g., descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, regression analysis, segmentation) to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within quantitative data.
      • Conduct advanced statistical modeling and predictive analytics to uncover deeper insights.
    • Reporting & Visualization:
      • Create compelling data visualizations, dashboards (e.g., customer support complaints dashboard), and detailed analytical reports to communicate complex findings in an understandable way.
      • Translate quantitative insights into clear, actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and operations teams.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
      • Collaborate closely with Customer Experience Researchers to integrate quantitative and qualitative findings for a holistic view of the customer experience.
      • Provide data-driven support for "epiphany" research projects, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
      • Work with product teams to define key metrics and set up tracking for new features and initiatives.
    • Continuous Improvement:
      • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection methods, analytical techniques, and reporting processes within the CX Research team.
      • Identify opportunities for new data sources and analytical approaches to enhance research capabilities.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing Research, or a related quantitative field.
    • 4+ years of experience in data analysis or quantitative research, with proven expertise in statistical software and leading analytical projects.
    • Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, Python with pandas/numpy/scikit-learn) or strong experience with advanced Excel and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
    • Experience with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics) and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work with large, complex datasets.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in presenting data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Master's degree in a quantitative field.
    • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and interpretation.
    • Prior experience in fintech, e-commerce, or a fast-paced data-driven environment.

    CRM Copy Writer

    As a CRM Copywriter, you will be responsible for writing high-performing customer lifecycle communications that engage, educate, and retain Moniepoint users. You will collaborate closely with the CRM strategist, Head of CRM, and CRM Designers to develop messaging strategies for different audience segments and CRM platforms. This role will focus on enhancing engagement across all CRM touchpoints, ensuring that every message adds value and strengthens brand loyalty.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop customer lifecycle messaging for onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation campaigns.
    • Write compelling and targeted copy for CRM channels, including email, SMS, in-app messages, and push notifications.
    • Craft transactional and automated messages that enhance the user experience.
    • Tailor messaging for different customer personas and user segments.
    • Collaborate with the Head of CRM to refine messaging strategies based on performance analytics.
    • Continuously test subject lines, CTAs, and messaging structures to improve engagement and conversion rates.
    • Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and customer response data to refine copy effectiveness.
    • Stay updated on email deliverability best practices, spam filters, and mobile-friendly formatting.
    • Ensure all messaging aligns with Moniepoint’s brand voice, tone, and personality.
    • Balance creativity with clarity, ensuring messages are engaging, informative, and action-driven.
    • Work closely with CRM, designers, product team, and customer support teams to align messaging with overall marketing goals.
    • Provide copy direction for visual assets in CRM campaigns.

    Requirements:

    •  3+ years of experience in CRM copywriting, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
    • Growing portfolio showcasing email, SMS, and in-app messaging copy.
    • Proven ability to write engaging, conversion-driven copy for digital customer touchpoints.
    • Proficiency in CRM platforms
    • Ability to balance creativity with core information to drive messaging effectiveness.
    • Experience working in fintech, banking, or financial services will be considered a plus
    • Familiarity with SEO best practices for email content is an advantage

    Developer Advocate

    As a Developer Advocate, you will be the bridge between our powerful APIs and the developer community. Your primary responsibility is to empower developers to build with our products successfully. You will achieve this by creating exceptional technical content (documentation, articles, videos), fostering a vibrant community, and representing the voice of the developers within our product and engineering teams.

    This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, communication skills, and empathy for the developer experience.

    What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

    Content Creation:

    • Write, maintain, and continually improve our technical documentation to ensure it is clear, accurate, and easy to follow.
    • Author engaging technical articles, tutorials, and blog posts that showcase the capabilities of our APIs and guide developers on best practices.
    • Create "how-to" videos, product demos, and webinars to visually explain complex concepts and integration processes.

    Community Engagement:

    • Be an active and authentic voice in the developer community. Engage with developers on forums, social media (Twitter/X, LinkedIn), Slack/Discord, and at events.
    • Represent TeamApt/Moniepoint at developer meetups, hackathons, and conferences, both as a speaker and an attendee.
    • Build and nurture relationships with key influencers and community leaders in the tech ecosystem.

    Developer Support & Feedback:

    • Act as the first point of contact for developer queries, providing support and guidance to help them overcome technical hurdles.
    • Gather, prioritise, and channel feedback from the developer community back to our product, engineering, and design teams to drive product improvements.

    Strategy & Outreach:

    • Contribute to the overall developer relations strategy to grow awareness and adoption of Moniepoint's developer platform.
    • Develop and maintain code samples, SDKs, and demo applications to make it even easier for developers to get started.

    What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

    • Proven Technical Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, with a strong understanding of web technologies, APIs (REST, GraphQL), and modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/Node.js, Python, etc.).
    • Gift for Communication: Exceptional ability to break down complex technical scenarios into simple, digestible terms for both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Public Portfolio of Work: A demonstrable history of writing technical content. This could be a personal blog, contributions to company blogs, or articles on platforms like Medium, Dev.to, or Hashnode.
    • Experience with Developer Audiences: Experience speaking at meetups, conferences, or webinars. You are comfortable and confident in front of an audience, whether in-person or virtual.
    • Empathy and Passion: A genuine passion for helping other developers succeed and a deep sense of empathy for their challenges and needs.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience in FinTech or with financial APIs (payments, banking, etc.).
    • Previous experience in a Developer Relations or Developer Advocate role.
    • Experience creating and editing video content.
    • Active participation in open-source projects or developer communities.
