    Field Sales Channel Lead

    Description

    • We are seeking a Field Sales Channel Lead who will be a key member of our Diver Growth team. You will be responsible for generating leads in the field channel and following up on those leads in the pipeline to achieve conversions. This position presents an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You are expected to demonstrate strong sales skills, develop channel strategies, and follow through on both active and cold leads. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-moving setting.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Generate leads - Develop and implement field sales leads
    • Create sales strategies for this channel and adapt them to the overall Driver Growth road map
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement, essential for optimizing channel sales performance
    • Track and ensure the conversion of leads generated
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with prospective drivers
    • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the agreed timeline
    • Coordinate sales efforts with team members
    • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
    • Create and analyze reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

    Requirements

    What You’ll Need:

    • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
    • Ability to drive sales
    • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
    • High levels of energy and drive, willingness to work hard
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong planning, coordination and organizational skills

    Referral Channel Lead
